It was nasty people were sitting out on the walkway drinking beer. They need to update their pictures.

Not so good. Customer service unsatisfactory desk clerk rude and angry as if I was interrupting his TV show.

This property was not at all what I expected. Most of the guest were long term residents in my opinion. The bed was broken on one side and my husband and I kept rolling off. No chair to sit in, no in room fridge or microwave. Only hotel option we had or we would not have stayed. I guess sleeping in our car would have been a better option.

Upon arrival It didn’t feel safe and I thought we would have to leave. The hotel is older but it appears they try to keep it up. Our room was fairly clean , no strong odors . The floor needed mopped big time ! The staff were super nice ! Too much activity outside at night and to me that was the biggest issue. It’s what you expect from a cheap motel …

The room was absolutely filthy. There were cockroaches and the next door neighbors were "something else". The hotel pictures were obviously not recent pictures.

The door latch was broken and would not secure, changed rooms to one that had not been properly cleaned. He grounds had “junk” piled next to the building. The bed sagged and my wife and I barely slept all night.
Advertising about this place, in. My opinion, was false.

older property, non smoking room but had burn marks all over duvet, dresser and other items. Duvet nasty blanket dirty, sheets and pillow cases dirty. we slept with all our clothes on and I slept on a towel the cleaniest one I could find. The next morning some guy was there his apparent stolen car was parked next to my husbands truck we left as soon as possible that morning around 8am

Gross absolutely gross bloodstains on sheets floor was filthy room stunk like smoke and mold

This place what literally disgusting. And the maid stole my prescription medication from my room. This property should not be on Orbitz.

I've never had experience with bedbugs before, but there's no other explanation.
This was a first time trip to the area for an event so probably never returning, but if I did I would pay any amount more and stay somewhere else without a doubt.

Once I went to inspect the room I canceled my booking. It was very undesirable. Conditions were below normal. Very dirty. Very rundown. Dead bugs in the bathroom floor and a dirty washcloth left in the tub that had standing water in it. Gross

Everything had stains on it the towels sheets and comforter. The website shows a pool but it doesn't have one.

This place isn't fancy by any stretch. But if you're looking for clean, simple accommodations, this place will certainly fit the bill.

Manager is a jerk he threatens to call the police if you turn him down after he tries to sleep with you!

I didn’t have hot water. The mounted wall lamps don’t even have power connections. The mini frig was left outside the door for some odd reason. The room didn’t have a microwave which isn’t a big deal but when i end to office which has one, the office wasn’t even open at 0830. The door don’t even have any sort of lock for peace of mind. Pretty sad stay all the way around.

The picture of the lobby is NOT the lobby of Regency Inn. When my wife and I checked in the room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the bath tub was dirty. Everything in the room could have used a good cleaning. They did accept pets, so we left the dogs in the room while we went to find another motel.
The site said no refunds so I wasn't expecting to get one but my wife, who complains very little, talked to the lady at the front desk and got us a refund.
We would suggest you stay some where else.

Clean rooms.

Room was a bare-bones Room, which I expected for the price.
Found hair in my towels, only discovered when drying off.
I did check the mattress for signs of bed bugs, there were no signs.

Hotel seems to be the kind frequented my long term tenants that are working in the area. Friday night, many were up talking all night. Gone all day Saturday but Saturday night was a disaster.
I woke up to flashing blue lights coming in around the curtains. This was at 1 am. Woke up again at 3 to very loud talking next door and outside my room. At 5 am, my neighbors decided to go into an extra-curricular session.


Honestly, pay the $20-$30/night to stay somewhere else. You’ll get much better rest and worry less.

This hotel was not that great at all. Upon check in the owner/person on duty was rude. The hotel was in a not so good neighborhood, all of the liscense plate tags were local, and there was a lot of traffic at all times of night. Our neighbors were up and loud until around 5AM both nights. I'm assumung that "housekeeping" paid us a visit while we were out, but they only made one bed, changed the thermostat, and took out the trash. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.
