We loved our time at the resort and will go back again!
Pros:

Loved the cottage! Very comfortable! Our cottage was pretty new, great use of space . Pool was great! We also went to the water park every day which was included!

Cons:

Maybe more towels at the cottages would be great! Our cottage looked clean but the floor was not moped, I found that out because I was wearing white socks the first day.

We had a great stay! Great amenities, great service, loved the pool! We would definitely go back!
Pros:

We stayed in a cottage and it was very close to the resort pool! Everything was easy to get to, and the shuttle was very helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like!

Pros:

It was very clean

Cons:

The furniture was dirty and beat up, the internet never worked or the Wi-Fi, kept having to call someone to fix, no place to put toiletries in the bathroom, the mattress needs to be replaced, it was way too soft and floor boards need to be repainted.

La comodidad de las habitaciones

Cons:

La pesima atención del personal.
La habitacion tiene pesimo mantenimiento, la mesa rota, las paredes mal pintadas, los muebles en mal estado.
No incluye la limpieza, pero tampoco te dejan ni una escoba para limpiar si se te cae algo.
Muy mala ubicacion con relacion a los parques.

Loved it! Will definitely be returning!!
Pros:

The cottages were amazing! Perfect for our group of 10, super specious. The beds were super comfortable. Our location of our rental was perfect. A short walk to the lobby, main pool and also the H20 water park. The hot tub was an added surprise! Ideal for the kiddos because we hit a week of cooler temps.

Cons:

A few things were missing in the unit like scissors. But that’s minor. Most things were provided.

Fabulous resort
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Shuttle service was a bonus as the property is quite big. Fun atmosphere and will definitely come back
