L hôtel est situé en hauteur à environ 15 minute d une très belle plage en voiture, nous n avons pas pu profiter du Jacuzzi car l eau était froid*

An excellent hotel with compassionate people

We cannot rate the Alkamuri Posh Hotel and Spa in Alcamo highly enough. We initially booked into the hotel so we could be close to our friend who had a medical emergency while vacationing with us from the U.K. Our friend was discharged from a hospital even though she basically couldn’t walk and had no other choice but to join us in our hotel room. She stayed with us for six days until she was taken by medivac back home to the U.K. Through it all, the hotel was kind, generous and understanding about this unusual situation. The staff and hotel owner were helpful in so many ways, it’s almost impossible to list them. The range of kindness goes from members of the front desk staff (thank you, Serena) interpreting to English from Italian when we dealing with local medical people; the cleaning staff, who accepted a larger demand on their services due to the special circumstances; to the owner, Andrea, who also gave his support in multiple ways. We’d also like to thank Giuseppe, another front desk person who couldn’t do enough from start to finish. We hope one day soon to come back to the hotel and enjoy the spa under more usual circumstances.

Spectacular!
Beautiful, clean and modern hotel in a gorgeous mountain town. We loved our stay and can’t recommend enough this hotel. The spa is lovely and the rooftop terrace is fabulous. We will be back!

Deluso del trattamento e della puzza della stanza

Pessima esperienza, stanza puzzolente di fogna e chiuso, jacuzzi molto scivolosa e a rischio caduta come è accaduto con trauma alla schiena. Vacanza finita nel giro di poche ore. Personale della reception molto gentile, ma nessun interesse e relative scuse dalla direzione.

La struttura si presenta moderna e degna di un hotel di categoria superiore, ci sono però delle piccole pecche che ne compromettono l'eccellenza. La pulizia ottima in camera non era allo stesso livello nelle aree comuni ed in particolare nel terrazzo colazione e solarium con jacuzzi. Il personale gentile e disponibile ma in alcuni momenti sembra improvvisato. La nostra suite secondo descrizione avrebbe dovuto avere la vasca idromassaggio ma era presente solo la doccia e la luce del bagno era collegata ad un aspiratore davvero molto rumoroso. Set di cortesia essenziali. In generale consiglierei la struttura se fosse ad un buon prezzo. Per la cifra pagata da noi il rapporto qualità prezzo è certamente sfavorevole e non mi spingerebbe a prenotare ancora

Really enjoyed our Stay here.

It was quiet, end of season. We were greeted and looked after very kindly by the staff there.

They were very accommodating with early check-in. Booking of spa and massage treatments.

Would highly reccomend a stay here.

Honestly this hotel was the best ever that I have been living in Italy for 2years so far. Kind staff, Japanese&Norman combined design and super clean facilities!!
You can also use some simple cooking stuffs in the room, use the rooftop place.
Due to covid, we did not use Spa and rooftop bar was closed, yet the jacuzzi was so amazing and wonderful stay!!! Special thanks to Andrea, who has been always kind and helpful in everyway.
