Good ambience in room and hotel overall. I stayed twice and will come back again. But need to improve smoking area in restaurant. The food is good. The room is spacious. But the linen must be changed. There are mosquitoes in my room but okay when I lower the AC temperature.

Location : The location is near mall and a lots of culinaries, cafe and coffee shops near the hotel location.

Great services, great ambience, nice place to stay and spend your time. I really enjoy my vacation here. Been here twice times and it always giving me satisfying and nice experience with great hospitality, The hotel itself placed near so many resto, cafe and minimarket, great access.

I'm staying for a transit,

The hotel is unique, they are themed with industrial design architect. They have a transparent pool on 3rd floor and you can see it from the lobby.
The room was comfortable and clean, the bath room is clean but i think the towel and toilet needs a deep-clean treatment, the hot water is running well.
They have Netflix and sharing account, no need to login with my personal account.

The location is great, it surrounded with various food tenants and coffee shop and near to the Trans Jakarta bus stop.

The staff also friendly, the security was very helpful in parking area, the check in/out process also simple and fast, the receptionist also very friendly.

Overall i had a great time staying there.

I have been staying here for the past couple of years.

1. In my last 3-4 visits, there have been always problems with the shower, broken or not working properly.

2. The towels look too dirty, I don't feel like using them on my body.

3. This time, even morning breakfast on Monday morning was left over, including fruits and salads which already started spoiling.

Well designed hotel with very good utilisation of space. However, sink leaks water whenever in use, wooden boards are terrorised by ants, hotel towels smells really bad, no hair dryer, hotel pool is greenish in colour and bedsheets and towels have stains.. lol it isn’t well maintained at all, just stay somewhere else.. hotel helped to spray some pesticide to kill ants but left wi try out even cleaning or clearing the corpses. I stayed 4 nights and the ants came back on the third night.. it’s safe to say that this place is absolutely disgusting.

It is a unique hotel. Love the interior! An unique transparent pool above the lobby. Love the ambiance! Breakfast also good. Love it!
