la habitación si es suficientemente espaciosa.

Tenían un serio problema con los drenajes de agua negras y todo apestaba el colmo fue que en el comedor donde se desayuna se inundó de aguas negras y no obstante se estaban sirviendo desayuno en esa pestilencia eso fue hoy lunes en la mañana. Aparte de eso el trato desagradable de la encargada del comedor cuando se le pidió que por favor nos moviera una mesa hacia la sombre porque pegaba el sol contestó que no se podía porque la mesa no les había costado $5 increible pero cierto. Además no limpian la playa y los huéspedes se tiene que bañar en la playa en medio de basura platica y desechos que salen del mar. Fue una experiencia desagradable. Que no nos esperábamos.

lugar hermoso lindas vistas personal ecepcional.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal muy atentos en especial al señor Jimmi campos que estuvo pendiente en todo momento de una intoxicacion que tuvo mi esposa muy agradecidos.

La comida tuvimos una intoxicacion por consumir un ceviche algo aislado pero que deberian de tomar en cuenta a sus futuros huespedes

Great location and views in a surfer no frills hotel.
Pros:

Loved the location, the staff was super attentive and helpful through and through, the pool area was nice and views were gorgeous. The room deck was gorgeous. The gardens and pebbles design paths were super nice and we got treated to beautiful fireworks for some reason.

Cons:

The rooms and bathrooms needed updating, the doors were hard to open and close because of the handles, more outlets were needed near the beds. There was no hairdryer. There were no towels for the beach (you should have an ID system or have people sign for them and if they don't get returned charge them the fee when they leave). The breakfast was also a little plain and bland. Although the gardens were super nice, there were basic plastic trashcans that clashed with it all.

Baustelle!! Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt
Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt war leider insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, vor allem in Anbetracht des hohen Preises. Bereits bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass es eine große Baustelle im Hotel gibt, die vorab nirgends erwähnt wurde – weder bei der Buchung noch auf der Website. Trotz dieser massiven Einschränkung gab es keine automatische Preisreduktion.
Besonders ärgerlich: Die auf den Fotos gezeigte Terrasse neben dem Pool existiert aktuell nicht. Stattdessen wird dort umgebaut und ein riesiges Werbeplakat aufgehängt, was weder schön gestaltet noch entspannend ist. Der Unterschied zwischen Werbebild und Realität ist enorm (siehe Fotovergleich).
Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Diskussionen erhielten wir schließlich 15 % Preisnachlass, was wir angesichts der Umstände als absolute Zumutung empfinden. Für den verlangten Preis ist das Gebotene in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem Becken – das war tatsächlich der einzige positive Punkt, ebenso wie der Ausblick. Ansonsten wirkte alles sehr lieblos:
Die Terrasse ohne Schirm oder gemütliche Details, das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel kühl, wenig einladend und ohne Atmosphäre.
Positiv hervorzuheben sind lediglich das freundliche Personal und die schöne Lage. Mehr Positives können wir leider nicht berichten.
Fazit: Wir sind wirklich sehr enttäuscht, insbesondere weil der Preis in keinem Verhältnis zur aktuellen Situation und zur gebotenen Leistung steht. So viel Geld zu verlangen, während wesentliche Bereiche nicht nutzbar sind, ist für uns absolut nicht akzeptabel.

Amazing property, ocean front with beautiful sunset and sunrises.
Pros:

Absolutely amazing property, beautiful garden around villas, pool was great. Staff was very polite, went out of their way for everything. The room had the most amazing view and balcony, soaking tub was an added bonus. The sunrises and sunsets were picture perfect. Right on the beach easy walk to El Tunco.
