Chambre impressionnante , personnel bien mais service au restaurant un peu lent. Déjeuner brunch bon mais malheureusement tiède.

Absolutely amazing spa! Everything is top notch, clean and modern. Super relaxing. Especially wanted to thank the front desk receptionist Who was super friendly and helpful showing us around in English!!
The restaurant however took forever to get our food out but they were very busy at that time.

was looking for a stopover between montreal and quebec. this spa is in trois rivieres, almost exact middle between the two. the thermal pools are nice; the cold you cant 'plunge' into because it's too small, you have to walk into it. all are clean.
the massage service was great. i also got a facial the next day. definitely try to book ahead and it would help a lot if you speak french. the male who took my booking did not book me and my friend as requested repeatedly, but we were able to add a massage once we got there. we were not able to add any other treatments, so prebooking is recommended.
the hotel suite was very clean and spacious. i had a facial booked for the 2nd day but my friend couldnt get one so after that we took off.

Lovely small Nordic spa with excellent food and drink options, and welcoming, well equipped and relaxing accomdations. Perfect spot for a quick getaway from
Ottawa to celebrate our anniversary.

The property itself was good and the spa excellent. It took almost 1.6 to get dinner served and the hidden costs for everything arent clear when you book. The a/c didn't work during a heatwave

On a pris pour deux jours, la suite, Kinipi a plus de 400 $ la nuit oui c’est moderne, les meubles pas adéquats, table de cuisine, toute maganée, ainsi que la table de salon, une petite TV trop petite et que les couleurs sont fini fini, moustiquaire de porte, patio, toute déchirée un divan sur le balcon, tout croche dans le coin, sans table, ni chaise, et plus encore, on était très déçu de la chambre, surtout pour ce prix là et une suite elle manque beaucoup d’attention pour les spa et le service c’était impeccable mais nous y retournerons pas à cause des chambres

Spend a fantastic day here. Great food, the spa was really lovely and the accomodations were really cozy and HUGE. Would love to come back in the winter.

Bel endroit. Bon restaurant. Plusieurs bains très beau, propre et relaxant. Odeur agréable partout sur le site. À notre arrivé pas beaucoup d'indication de l'accueil mais on s'est bien retrouvé par nous même et ça n'as pas causé problème. Pourquoi pas plus que 3 étoiles?.. propreté de la chambre! Beaucoup de poussière, savon/gel douche/shampoing/revitalisant presque vide et poil/cheveux sur les oreillers et dans le lit. Dû nettoyer le lit et les comptoirs/commodes à notre arrivé et utiliser nos propres savon/shampoing/etc. Séjour très appréciable malgré ce point très négatif puisque le reste était parfait. J'y retournerai tout de même éventuellement.
