Wardrobe in centre of the room
All the basic facilities were there, like safe, TV and mini fridge. Very good shower and large TV screen. Also, the gym was excellent, which was a real surprise. Good breakfast. Location near city centre. Reasonable price. Good for just a one night stay.
The staff were not very helpful and failed to inform me of an important fact, that data SIMs don't work in the basement, which is where the no-window rooms are. You must log into the hotel WiFi to get internet down there. Room was a little depressing and very few good TV channels. Breakfast was good but would have been better if there had been a proper buffet for all stages. Although near the city centre, the location was disappointing, being in the heart of a nightlife and pub (mostly Irish) area. They also took a £50 security deposit, which I've never had to do before.
Location and friendliness and helpfulness of staff
Hotel is in a good location however the rooms were not clean and their was loud arguing, shouting, people banging on doors all night long
Very central which was handy for us to do our shopping. The staff are really lovely and very helpful towards us. We had breakfast one of the mornings. It's was so tasty and the staff yet again were really friendly .
We booked for 3 of us to stay For 2 nights. when we got into our room there was a double bed which me and my daughter stayed in and a single bed shoved underneath the TV and against the dressing table which meant we couldn't avail of either the TV or the dressing table. Thankfully This was sorted out the next day on request and we were given a larger room . Unfortunately there isn't any air con in the rooms and the fans provided just didn't do the job. The heat made it impossible for us all to sleep. Other than this It's a lovely hotel with really friendly staff.

They don't serve evening meals
Location is amazing for exploring the city bars & restaurants and the staff were very efficient and helpful.
There is almost no lighting near any of the mirrors in the room or bathroom, so you basically need to do your make up/contact lenses in the dark. :-(
