Perfect location, avoid the room in the lower ground floor.
Pros:

The location...close to the central and Lime Street train stations. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby. A big television in the room.

Cons:

Our room was in the lower ground floor, every times used the water.... taps, shower, flushing...a funny noises, sounds like trapped air in the pipes. It was annoying.

Pros:

Çok memnun kaldık. Odamızda bir problem yaşadık sonra hemen bizi yeni odaya yerleştirdiler hem de daha iyi bir odaya. Ayrıca temizdi ve konumu da çok merkeziydi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Pros:

Parasini giriste pesin odedigim bir otele üstüne üstluk bide 50 paunt depozito yatırmak zorunda kaldım.isletme prensibi böyle imiş.fakat butun bu vasat isletmelerle muharap olmamizin tek sorumlusu aracı kurum olarak calıstıgım bokingtir.

Pros:

Great location. Lovely room. Smaller than it looks from the photos but still nice. Nice bar. Great staff. Really nice place!

Cons:

The only thing was air con. No way you would foresee the temperature but no air con and the window doors only open so much. Most likely for safety concerns. There was a desk fan on arrival but only does so much. But again, you wouldn’t have known how hot it would have been when we booked it.

we had a room which I paid for last minute, however there was no fan and when we were given a fan it was covered in dust and it was all spread across the room which was disgusting. The bed was also rock solid.

Brilliant location but very basic
Pros:

Comfy beds, nicely decorated, spacious room

Cons:

No air con, only given 2 towels for 3 guests, no soap/body wash provided, breakfast was very basic

The location is very central. Rooms and hotel very clean.

Cons:

I was unlucky to visit liverpool during a heatwave. It was very difficult to stay in a hotel without a/c.

The room was extremely hot and no AC in the room. Stayed during the heatwave that didn’t help but couldn’t sleep due the heat.

Pros:

Location was perfect right in the centre of the city, breakfast was made to order and was very nice and included in the price,. Room was a perfect size and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

My room was very warm , there was a fan in the room but it needed to on all of the time .as the window could only open a small amount,
