Pros:

Location . Really comfy bed .

Cons:

Warning to anyone staying there . When you check in you are asked for a £50 room damage deposit. Which is refunded to your card a minimum of severn days later . It only appears in Booking.com small print . We asked the housekeeper to check the room before we left the hotel .

Great location!
Pros:

Great central location. Easy to walk around city from here. Lovely, big room, very clean & comfortable bed. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Only one large towel for room booked for couple and no bathroom mat (floor slippy after shower) provided. Very disappointed in otherwise lovely hotel.

Great location for us.

Location very good for our needs. Breakfast tasty.

Cons:

Breakfast organisation was very poor - we were informed they were short staffed and this was apparently unusual. After a welcoming start we experienced an extremely long wait on cooked food and there were issues with replenishing the self serve items such as juice, bread, cutlery and crockery unfortunately. Staff were very polite and apologetic but obviously struggling on this occasion.

A great first experience of the Ropewalk Hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast had a good variety of cold and hot options and was served swiftly which is ideal when you are stopping for business. The location is perfect to be right in the heart of Liverpool's City Centre.

Cons:

Everything was fine during my stay.
