Stylish,comfortable great base for exploring friendly staff great bar and breakfast
Pros:

The location was perfect for easy access to public transport. The room was extremely spacious and felt so calm and cool considering the heat wave at the moment

That I couldn’t open the balcony window

Mulighet til å lufte på sommeren. Få aircondition.
Pros:

Beliggenheten er veldig bra,spesielt hvis man ønsker å ta en fest mens man er der.

Cons:

Vi var der i midten av juli hvor det var veldig varmt. Ingen aircondition og uten mulighet for lufting så ble det uutholdelig. Det er uakseptabelt at man i det minste ikke kan få lufte skikkelig ut når man ikke er på rommet. Gi de ansatte nøkkel til vinduet.

Cons:

Es gab keine Möglichkeit zu lüften, es war total stickig im Zimmer. Ich würde auch kein Zimmer mit dem Fenster zur Straße mehr nehmen. Es war immer extrem laut. Entweder waren feiernde Jugendliche unterwegs oder es wurde Müll abgeholt, die Straße gekehrt... Trotz geschlossener Fenster war jedes Geräusch zu hören.

Great location but don’t stay when it’s warm
Pros:

Great location and staff

Cons:

The fan in the room didn’t do anything and the heat was very uncomfortable and there were some dirty spots in the room, such as on the duvet and voile

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds, hot rooms, unhelpful check in process. Do not come here in the summer. Also an “upgrade” for a room just means robe and slippers and a coffee maker.

Terrible!
Cons:

The room was too small and dusty. It was hotter than the sun and the fan provided was tiny with no aircon as an option and couldn't open any windows or doors as it had a safety lock. There was a big, daft, stupid hanging cabinet in the middle of the room taking up loads of space. The £50 fee upfront was ridiculous, and not trusting you as customer. Staff were just pretty much stone faced and not very welcoming. All in all I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Pros:

Fantastic location to trains, restaurants and shopping

Cons:

No air con though there was a fan. Room given was opposite pubs and bars which was noisy just before midnite to around 3 am. Had windows slightly open because of the heat and that did not help with the noise either

Location excellent and room comfortable apart from temperature.
Pros:

Great central location. We wanted a room for 3 people and they were able to accommodate that.

Cons:

Room was very hot! Window only opened a crack and the fan provided was very ineffective. No AC.
