Locations was ideal

Amazing location close to the main streets. Close to the bus stop that goes to/from the airport
My key card stopped working on a number of occasions and I had to keep going back to reception to get them to fix it. One of the towels in the bathroom was dirty and had brown marks on it. There was a mini fridge in the room which was dirty and clearly hadn't been wiped down inside. There was no air conditioning in the room.
Location was excellent
The rooms are very dark and very warm, they did supply fans, but the dust on th would be very bad for breathing

Funcionarios prestaveis. O quarto inicial que reservamos encontrava se na cave, o que fazia com que não houvesse rede nenhuma. Por motivos laborais necessitavamos de ter acesso a rede, pelo que explicamos a situacao aos funcionarios e resolveu se sem problema.

Due to weather it was very hot in room we only had 1 fan that wasn't keeping the room cool I did ask for another one but they said ther wasn't one the window only open about 3"with a big desk in front wasn't happy at all
Didn't have breakfast.
We noticed that because we booked quite early, we paid much more than we would have done if we'd booked a couple of nights before the stay. Bit disappointed with this, but the room was great and the balcony amazing!
