Service - these folks were great
Location - not the greatest part of town, but still safe; giant reclining Buddha a 10-15 minute walk away
Room - window, but I had no "real" view, which was OK; decent in space and nice amenities; there is an opaque window, so light does come through in the mornings
Extras - breakfast OK (although I got sick one morning from it); free laundry facilities on top floor; stairs are easily accessible; doors are always opening for you!

First time in Yangon. Very helpful staff, good english skills and breakfast was fantastic! Front desk open 24hrs as well. Rooms are dated but very comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back when we go back to Myanmar.

Breakfast is so great 100%. Room is really small. Next day they will changed it for me . Employees is so friendly to me . Service all good. I’m booked 3day . I really stay 2 day because my friends pick me up another’s journey. Thank you for all of that hotel employee. So nice to me and my daughter.

Good service mind

I accidentally booked a room in the wrong location so i contacted the hotel and asked them for a refund. They asked me to forward them all the booking details which i did. I received a reply stating they had no record of my booking so I sent then screen shots of everything and never heard a thing back from them since then. So I had to ask my credit card company to file a dispute over the transaction. While I can't comment on the hotel it's self, I can certainly tell you that their customer service basically does not exist and imo they are deliberately ignoring me over $70.

Crystal Palace is a hidden treasure. Service and staff cannot do enough.. exceptional service. The breakfast is value for money and it is walking distance of the sleeping Buddha and the pagoda.

We decided to stay here again when we come back to Yangon, as the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, and the communication was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful

There are laundry facilities on level 6, as well as a large filtered water unit, that guests can use to fill up their own water bottles. The buffet breakfast is really great. There is some traffic noise, but not bad. Well located and easy access to some major attractions.

The room is spacious and clean. The staffs were friendly, service was good, they brought our luggages to the room, greeted us, opened the door for us, the variety at breakfast was surprisingly good for such a 2star hotel and I like the local desserts,etc. We had to leave at 5am to catch early flight and the staffs packed us mini cake and bananas.

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast had many options, the room was spacious and the shower had good water pressure and temperature gauges. Overall, great hotel!

Lovely little place run by lovely people. Big, clean and comfortable rooms. Surprisingly nice local breakfast.
