Cons:

I had booked the property via booking.com and got a confirmation. I had informed the hotel I will be checking in late.

I did not receive any communication from the hotel except that my reservation was confirmed.

The day of my travel I got a call before my check in saying because I have not made the payment the reservation has been canceled and no rooms are available. I did not receive any payment link from the hotel to make the payment either.
Despite me informing them that I will be checking in late they said because I didn’t check in at noon they’ve given my room out.

I stayed because I was in transit, this was a fair experience, nothing worthmentioning.400 INR bfast
Pros:

Nothing worth mentioning, no value for money, not even a mini refrigerator in the room. Unclean room, commode was broken as usual with many hotels.

Cons:

Not value for money, far from highway however they mentioned that it is 5 mins, actually it took 30 mins. Demanded full advance one day before even though booking.com gave me to pay after check-in, requested to pay 50% advance and rest 50% at check-in; but they did not agree.

Nice and Comfortable stay
Pros:

Stay at Ramee Panchshil was very nice and comfortable. Location is good and convenient. Staff was cordial and helpful. Food in restaurant and at Breakfast was good.

Pros:

We just stayed for 1 night. So cannot say much abt it.

Cons:

Bed sheets were not that clean. Considering the brand and the money they charged for 1 night room i felt it was expensive. Staff were good. Parking was open and my new car door handle got damaged in their open parking within one night. I was unable to complaint because i was in hurry and had already checked out when i noticed the car door handle was damaged, so their parking is not that safe i believe.

The ROOMS need urgent re-work / Re furbishing of Upholstery,bedding and furniture.
