One of the best Stays in Kolhapur
Pros:

Excellent location. Very warm staff. The breakfast it’s freshly served and very tasty. The rooms are cozy and well kept.

Cons:

Nothing in specific. While redesigning the rooms they can consider better showers and hand showers in the bathrooms.

Very bad experience
Pros:

Booked 2 rooms in Hotel Ramee Panchsheel, Kolhapur for our recent stay. Worst experience ever in Kolhapur Hotels. For double occupancy room booked, they are taking extra charges for 2nd person. I had specifically told the receptionist about two rooms and four adults, which the receptionist completely denied on our arrival. Supposedly they have weired system of charging per person even if we book room with double occupancy.
We had paid 100% advance for booking and hence could not cancel booking at last moment. We reached later than communucated time of arrival due to slow traffic, still rooms were not ready.

At reception, staff was very rude, as if they dont need customers. Worst hospitality experience. No toiletaries provided in bathroom. Basin was broken. Bathroom linen was old, unclean and torn. Room was not cleaned even after housekeeping was done. No valet parking service was provided when we reached, in fact received a rude answer, 'you park by yourself'. Food is very costly compared to the quality.
Overall we had very bad experience at Panchsheel hotel, Kolhapur. Will never suggest this property to anyone. Not at all worth the chrges they are taking. Not a 'Ramee experience' we have been taking at other places.
