Another great stay at Nalagi
Pros:

The hotel pool!!! Amasing!! Comfortable rooms and beds. Quiet. Very large. Lovely shower area. Perfect for an overnight in Nadi. I also found a very lovely boutique beauty hair/nails shop in the plaza next door. Perfect for pre-fliggt prep

Cons:

Breakfast is until 10am. I didn't get there til 9.30am and most things were gone. No fruit. No fruut juice. Bain Marie's empty. But the omelets were still going and the coffee was strong, so all was not lost.

The 1st room we checked into smelt like vomit and the aircon in the 2nd room wasn't cooling as good. Thank goodness there was also a fan in the 2nd room.

Good location but dome quirks.
Pros:

Great location. Good restaurant on site. Free parking. Good air-conditioning.

Cons:

Check in felt like an interrogation. Beds were very hard. Bathroom needed a deep clean. Weird flooring - stick on vinal lino made to look like polyester carpet squares (?Just why?). Free WiFi but only in your room.

The hygiene was extremely poor and unacceptable
Pros:

The first 2 nights were nightmare, as I spent both nights with cockroaches all over the toilet and bathroom area, including the kitchen area where the fridge is kept. I found the cockroaches crawling on my food, too.

Cons:

I didn't appreciate that they located me in a room (307), which had so many cockroaches, YUCK!

So disappointing, NALAGi 👎

The environment was not properly maintained, and hygiene levels were far below expectations.

Everything is all good except for the staff in the kitchen, they need a little bit of PR Training
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Well worth the money and we enjoy our short stay

Cons:

Maybe the staff in the kitchen should have the Fijian Hospitality that we see everywhere we go. It's sad because it's a beautiful hotel and everything was great except the service given by the cashier during breakfast time.
