Nalagi Hotel has a very good location and overall it was a good stay for the price. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. During our stay, we could not enjoy the swimming pool because it was closed, which was a little disappointing. The internet was also an issue for some time after we arrived, and since we needed to do some work online, it was a bit inconvenient until it was fixed.

Staff were amazing , dinner was great and the roof top bar was a great experience with awesome views and sunset

Our boss has access to the cctv in your hotel and its against the Fiji privacy act law. Our boss terminated us because of this. Your hotel doesn't protect people's privacy

Need to upgrade the place as only one lift working.

My breakfast was included with my stay; however, I have to ask for separate cooking for my breakfast as ham and egg were cooked on the same cooking plate- food contamination.
They need to have separate cooking plates.

Very poor service
Pros:

Cons:

- staffs were very un responsive
- no on picks up call at the reception
- no towels in the room. Had to ask 3 times by coming down to reception
- elevator got stuck
- toilet gets clogged after few flushes
- very poor setup for the breakfast
- definitely not worth the price
