Need to upgrade the place as only one lift working.
Pros:

its ok

Cons:

My breakfast was included with my stay; however, I have to ask for separate cooking for my breakfast as ham and egg were cooked on the same cooking plate- food contamination.
They need to have separate cooking plates.

My stay was most comfortable, all staff I came in contact with were most helpful.
Pros:

Firstly the Duty Manager Vasiti and front of house staff Apemisa and Ana were delightful people to be in contact with, they were always most helpful and always had a smile for you.. In the dining room Lepani was always ready to assist (I walk with a cane) Over all my stay was excellent...

Good value for money
Cons:

There was a taxi downstairs waiting for customers. He charged $80 for what should have been a $20 trip at the very most. Ask for metered taxis or negotiate your price before getting in.

Run down, smells yuck.
Cons:

A weird smell periodically comes through the vents. We had two rooms and both had the same smell. It was so strong at times that I had to open the door and let the heat in. It was either be hot, or smell the awful stench.

The buffet breakfast was very basic. On day one there was a man cooking omelettes but on day two, the only protein source was unappetizing chicken sausages.

The hotel itself is tired, and uncared for. The silicone in the showers has black mould, there’s a shortage of forks in the restaurant (guests were told to find one on another table, and as a result, most tables were missing forks. The air vents smell like a public toilet. There’s a massive brown ‘drip’ stain high up on the wall in reception. Only one elevator works.
The transaction charge shows the hotel is run my Pingchen Investments- and that’s its whole vibe. “Owned by investors who don’t give a sh*t.

Pros:

Everything was perfect…

Cons:

The cheese omelette was not up to my expectations. I think the chef may need proper training on preparing it, and the cheese used was not suitable for an omelette.
