My stay at Nalagi was overall pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is excellent, with McDonald’s and a Chinese restaurant just a minute’s walk away.
However, I did notice a cockroach issue in the room, particularly small ones, which made me quite uncomfortable during my stay. Another concern was the bathroom amenities, as the shampoo and conditioner provided appeared to have been previously used, which felt unhygienic.
Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was still a good stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
Location and the Roof top pool
Poor to no wifi, tv didn’t work, fridge didn’t keep things cold.

Nothing much.. they was no wow factor.
Shower low just water..Breakfast had to wait a long line for just a fried egg. Roof pool could not open umbrella as it was to windy.
Good for a couple of nights before a cruise. Breakfast was fine, free shuttle into town for shopping. Beautiful views all around especially from the rooftop pool & bar.
A bit isolated from food options for dinner but very good Chinese restaurant on site.

Single beds
Keys wasn't working multiple times had to come down from level 6 many times until the receptionist had to come up and fix very tiring
We were booked for a garden view room and placed in a rear parking view very disappointed
Ask for a breakfast box as we were checking out at 5am and told it's possible it will be ready on our check out nothing was ready
Breakfast was okay. and the location was perfect. love the rooms, beds are comfortable.
No cutleries were given with meals, especially during room service orders or at the rooms, using wooden spoons and forks. this is a hotel, suppose to have steel spoons and forks given to guest. Nevertheless that you say guest keep removing or taking the items with the, you as a hotel, providing service to a standard should have steel spoons and forks.

It was very convenience to all the places we wanted to visit around Nadi.
The place is very clean, the team is professional, friendly and helpful. Early morning breakfast served was kind of my likes too.
The room has no power until you enter your room key into the device at the door. So upon entering it was extremely hot inside. The air-conditioning is extremely noisy. The room was averagely clean for a Fijian hotel. Breakfast was fine, there was a selection of hot and cold food as well as an egg station.
