El hotel es bonito.

Cons:

No había nadie en recepción cuando llegué. Esperé 15 minutos a que apareciera alguien. Llamé por teléfono y toqué varias veces la campana y nada. Había muchos zancudos en la habitación lo que impidió qué pudiera dormir. La ventana del baño no tenía cortina y el el edificio de enfrente tenía vista directa al baño.

A beautiful and safe villa that feels like home
Pros:

A fantastic little escape villa away from the city hassle but still close enough to reach everything on foot. The room is super clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. I felt safe and like home. The huge bougainvillea tree in front of my balcony brightened up my mornings.

Cons:

I was there at wintertime so the lack of proper hot water in the shower was an issue. It was lukewarm and there was not enough pressure. I could’ve used a wardrobe or cabinet in room, there was no place to pack clothes. There is no safety box in the room.

The location is great! Very close to the main attractions of the historic city center. The manager and staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bedding and sheets had stain marks. They were clean, but stained. Also the towels are very old and not soft anymore. To be clear, the rooms and hotel are beautiful and clean, but they need to pay attention to those details and replace the bedding, sheets, and towels more frequently. Also, there’s no restaurant at the property, not even coffee and fruit for breakfast and that’s a must.

Very pleasant staff. Spacious, clean & nicely decorated room. Large bathroom with nice quality toiletries provided. Comfortable bed & pillows. Location walking distance to Centro but far away from major noise, with nice eateries to discover nearby.

Cons:

Availability of coffee on site would have been nice. Chairs in room matched decor nicely but not very functional. Otherwise nothing negative really.
