Gute Lage am Strand, nette Unterkünfte aber noch viel Potenzial beim Personal und der Kulinarik
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Die Koordination zur Abholung vom Flughafen hat reibungslos funktioniert. Zudem gibt es einen großen Pool, der in den Abendstunden angenehm ist, aber untertags leider zu warm ist.

Cons:

Man kann es auf zwei wesentliche Punkte zusammenfassen: Service und Freundlichkeit bzw. Kulinarik. Wir waren auf unserer Reise in fünf verschiedenen Hotels, aber in keinem wurden wir so schlecht behandelt.
Beim Frühstück gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine, mit der fast jeder Gast kämpft. Anstatt zu helfen, schaut das Personal lieber dabei zu, wie man verzweifelt versucht, an seinen Kaffee zu kommen. Man kann sich Eiergerichte bestellen, und der Koch läutet eine Glocke, wenn diese fertig sind. Da uns in allen anderen Hotels die Speisen an den Tisch gebracht wurden, wussten wir das am ersten Tag nicht. Obwohl drei Kellner anwesend waren, die weder abräumten noch das Buffet nachfüllten, hielt es niemand für nötig, uns darauf hinzuweisen. Stattdessen starrten sie minutenlang auf das fertige Essen, ohne es uns freundlicherweise zu bringen. Das Frühstück an sich ist okay; es gibt frisches Obst, aber leider keine frischen Säfte. Zudem nur Toastbrot. Generell wirkt alles sehr lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen.
Wir haben am Tag unserer Ankunft sowohl mittags als auch abends im Restaurant gegessen. In Österreich hätte man diese Portionen als Kinderteller bezeichnet – der Preis entsprach dem allerdings nicht. Das ‚Highlight‘ war jedoch das BBQ am Abend: Der Gemüsespieß meiner Frau war lediglich in Ketchup mariniert und hatte kaum einen Grill gesehen. Mein gegrillter Fisch wurde in einer Art Suppe serviert – warum man das so macht, weiß wohl nur der Koch. Nach diesen Enttäuschungen haben wir das Restaurant gemieden.
Leider bestellten wir am vorletzten Tag noch einmal zwei Getränke und Pommes. Die Rechnung wurde uns wortlos auf den Tisch geworfen. Normalerweise geben wir immer mindestens 10 % Trinkgeld, aber bei dieser ‚Serviceorientierung‘ haben wir zum ersten Mal darauf verzichtet. Es passte einfach ins Gesamtbild. Ein weiteres Beispiel: Als wir um 17:00 Uhr noch am Strand lagen (Sonnenuntergang ist erst um 18:30 Uhr), kam eine Kellnerin und klappte wortlos unseren Schirm ein.

Malgré quelques points négatifs, je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Le séjour y était très agréable.
Pros:

Lieu et cadre très sympa, villa très appréciable, petit dej excellent.

Cons:

Le départ est vraiment tôt, et nous étions attendu devant le logement à 11h pile.
La personne en charge du stand des œufs et rôtis n’était pas des plus agréables.
Établissement un peu éloigné du centre ville.
Dommage, car sinon, tout était parfait.

Pros:

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Anlage und Zugang zu einem sehr ruhigen, sauberen Strand. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstück hat uns überzeugt.

Amazing stay at a beuatiful location
Pros:

An amazing, relaxing stay to round off our trip around Thailand. Just what we needed after a wedding in Samui and visit to Phuket.
The hotel provided us with a shower and room to change as we wanted to leave later for our evening flight to Bangkok.
The rooms were clean , spacious and the bed very comfy.
We will be back.

Entretien piscine a revoir mais très beau site et personnel très sympathique

Le personnel très sympathique, Les excursions sont disponibles a partir de l accueil san supplément. Tout est payable en cb sans supplément. Les bungalows sont magnifiques . Très bon choix

Cons:

Piscine pas très propre, nous n avons pas vu de système de filtration.
La soiree bbq fire show : nous avions réservé une table mais on ne pouvait voir le spectacle presque que sur la plage donc nous avons mangé sans le voir. Dommage
