Pros:

Wir waren für 5 Nächte in der Offseason da und hatten eine super Zeit, tolles Wetter, wenig andere Gäste, unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (18€/Nacht). Schöner Strand mit Sonnenuntergang, Supermärkte und Restaurants alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

la plage devrait être nettoyée parle personnel de l’hôtel puisque s'est pratique une plage privée des déchets a n'en plus finir c'est inacceptable !!!!! j'ai déjà vu cette remarque sur les commentaires j'ai l'impression qu'ils ne réagissent pas aux commentaires des clients de l’hôtel dommage !!!!

Cons:

l'ensemble de l’hôtel est bien ,les chambres des bungalows sont très bien ,la piscine également ,attentions aux enfants des clients qui s’approprie la piscine pour eux tous seul llll bien sur les parents ne disent rien !!! la direction doit intervenir on n'est pas obligé de supporter leur cries !!!! on est là pour profiter dans le calme !!!!

Superbe hôtel avec sa plage privée et son personnel très agréable.

Heerlijk resort voor een paar dagen ontspannen op Koh Lanta.
Pros:

Mooi en kleinschalig resort aan het strand. Mooi zwembad en de huisjes worden tiptop schoongemaakt en onderhouden.

Cons:

Wij waren er in het laagseizoen waardoor het personeel zo nu en dan vrij verveeld leek. Je kon er ‘s avonds ook niet eten omdat de keuken dan gewoon dicht was (zitten wel lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt dus dat was geen probleem). Hele eiland Koh Lanta was vrij uitgestorven deze periode overigens.

We hebben er genoten! 4 nachten/5 dagen was - gezien het laagseizoen - mooi.
Pros:

De kamers waren supernetjes, ik had de indruk dat het zelfs nog een beetje naar verf rook. Zo schoon en compleet, echt geweldig!

Cons:

Het bleek laagseizoen te zijn, dus het was erg rustig op het resort. Dit had tot gevolg dat het restaurant ‘s avonds dicht was. We hebben een paar keer ‘s middags tijdens happy hour snacks besteld, van wisselende kwaliteit. De cocktails en shakes waren erg lekker.

The room was lovely, clean & well located.

Cons:

The pool was very dirty, stagnant water. The pool filters & pump we're not on at all. It was unsafe. We told them every day but nothing happened except someone came with a net to try remove the scum from the top of it. My husband had a maggot on his leg the first day he got out of it. Not acceptable and especially for the cost.

Trevliga rum med bekväm säng. Stor pool och bra läge nära stranden. Servicevänlig personal.

Poor pool hygiene.
Pros:

The room was lovely. Everything was clean. Friendly staff. Food was good in the restaurant.

Cons:

The pool was very very poor, clearly not cleaned or filtered. There was a layer of scum on the top continuously. We complained about it every single day. The filters and pumps were not turned on at all, possibly because it was low season but that shouldn't matter, it was in use all of the time. This was very very disappointing and really unsatisfactory
