Amazing tropical stay
Pros:

It is an amazing resort. We stayed here 6 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The facilities are amazing and the sunset is great to watch from the picnic tables they have at their resort.

The internet is amazing and very fast.
The rooms are very spacious and clean.
The breakfast buffet is amazing with egg station, pancakes, French toast and very great cheese and salami. Never got bored with the breakfast.

There are many nice restaurants around the resort. I recommend sea culture is a family owned restaurant with very nice food and the lady who is the owner is very warm and speaks amazing English.

7/11 is 15 minutes walking but great to do at the end of the day to fill your fridge.

I am definitely coming back again.

Cons:

The shower is a bit a mess it goes from warm to cold to warm.
Also the restaurant sometimes has there music to loud.

Globalement un bel établissement, mais un peu cher..
Pros:

Beau resort en bord de mer (les plus belles plages sont plus au sud et sur les petites îles environnantes).
Il est plutôt bien situé centre-nord ouest de Koh Lanta.
Il y a des restaurants dans les environs, toutes les commodités : une supérette locale et un 7eleven à 10 min à pieds, des salons de massage, une laverie ...
Belle piscine à débordement agréable
Chambre spacieuse, propre, et bien entretenu.
Lit superbe, très confortable et de grande taille (le point le plus important d'un hôtel)
Le petit déjeuner est correcte.
L'équipe est professionnelle et souriante, elle est aidante : bon staff.

Cons:

Le principal soucis est le prix de la nuitée, de notre point de vue 20% trop cher au vu des prestations (par exemple, les chambres ont beau être très agréable, elles ne sont pas toutes jeunes).
Tout le reste est globalement bien, sans le problème de prix, l'hôtel aurait mérité un 9/10.

Bitte wieder aufpeppen
Pros:

Die Bungalows sind sehr modern, hell und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm ist das großzügige Raumgefühl. Auch das Badezimmer ist hochwertig und gut ausgestattet.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war zwar eher überschaubar in der Auswahl, dafür hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt – besonders hervorzuheben ist der hausgemachte Joghurt. Außerdem gab es eine Live-Station für Eierspeisen wie Omeletts sowie eine Roti-Station, was das Frühstück zusätzlich aufgewertet hat. Der Frühstücksbereich ist modernisiert und bietet einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer - so schön!

Cons:

Leider ließ der Poolbereich deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Das Wasser wirkte nicht sauber, und an den Fliesen war ein gelblicher Rand zu sehen. Zudem waren einige Fliesen beschädigt, was insbesondere bei den Wasserliegen ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt.
Auch die Sonnenliegen am Pool waren verschmutzt und sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Mit regelmäßiger Reinigung könnten diese jedoch leicht wieder deutlich ansprechender wirken.
Der Liegebereich am Strand wirkte insgesamt trostlos und wenig gepflegt. Der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel ist ebenfalls nicht besonders schön – vor allem Müll und angeschwemmte Algen beeinträchtigen den Eindruck erheblich.
Insgesamt entsteht so ein deutlicher Kontrast: Man verlässt den sehr schönen Bungalow und trifft auf Außenbereiche, die diesem Niveau leider nicht gerecht werden – obwohl sich dies mit vergleichsweise geringem Aufwand verbessern ließe.

Beautiful resort on a lovely relaxing beach.
Pros:

The deluxe villa was huge, and everything was high quality. The staff were extremely friendly and looked after everything perfectly. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and there were always enough sun beds for everyone. Free bottles of water left in the fridge every day were great.

Great location, lovely resort, would absolutely return.
Pros:

The best were so comfortable, daily cleaning we really good, the pool was lovely. The eating and drinking places just outside the hotel were excellent, breaky in the resort was good each morning.

Cons:

The BBQ night should be avoided- unfortunately it was the worst meal on our two week holiday…. Just go outside the hotel to eat each night

Eine der schönsten Ferienanlagen auf Koh Lanta mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhäuser mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage insgesamt, unmittelbar am Strand mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Vor allem der private Pool war für unsere Kinder ein absolutes Highlight. Man erreicht auch die zahlreichen kleinen Shops und Restaurants in der Umgebung bequem zufuß. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit im Casa Blanca.

Cons:

Leider gesellen sich in der Dämmerung sehr viele große Kakerlaken um den privaten Pool, die aufgrund der schlecht abgedichten Haustüren auch in den Innenbereich gelangen. Zwar hat das Personal sich stets bemüht, sie einzufangen aber wirkliche Maßnahmen zu Eindämmung, wie etwa eine Falle oder ähnliches haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts vermisst. Sicher wäre es ratsam, die Haustüren besser abzudichten, so dass die Tiere nicht ins Innere gelangen können. Auch wäre dadurch die energieintensive Klimatisierung der Häuser wesentlich effektiver.
Das Personal beim Frühstück wirkte leider ziemlich genervt und räumte ständig noch halbvolle Teller vom Tisch ab. Hier würde ich für den Preis mehr Professionalität erwarten.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location with nice rooms and comfy beds, gorgeous sunset beach.

Cons:

This is a family resort so we wouldn’t recommend for couples. Lots of kids running around, screaming and crying. Pool full of kids at all times, swim nappies left on loungers. Despite the luxury location and price, the facilities and breakfasts felt a bit like a crèche. It felt quite overpriced for this experience.

Cons:

Das Personal ist unfreundlich wie auch wenig bis gar kein Englisch. Das Frühstück war alles ander als gut. Auch der Strand war nicht sauber.

Super schön eingerichtete Villen, bequeme Betten, große Zimmer, sehr leckeres Frühstück, Rollerverleih gleich im Hotel zu fairen Preisen möglich

Cons:

Das Poolwasser und die Reinigung stellen sich als sehr schwierig heraus. Zu viele Menschen für den Pool. Wasserqualität war sehr schlecht. Die Sonnencreme etc schwimmen schon auf dem Wasser als richtiger dicker Film wie Entengrütze, das Wasser war am letzten Tag unseres Urlaubes schon eher grünlich und matt.
Liegeplätze am Strand bzw oberhalb eher lieblos gestaltet und zu eng. Es fehlt an Schatten. Am Strand sind gar keine Liegen.

Serious safety issue and no support from management
Pros:

The design and overall aesthetic of the property are nice.

Cons:

There is a serious safety hazard in the arrival area. I fell into a decorative pond that is much deeper than it appears (close to 1 meter), located exactly where guests arrive with luggage, with no clear barriers or warnings.
What made this worse was the lack of basic support. My clothes were completely soaked, and the hotel did not offer any immediate assistance such as laundry or help on the spot.
Following the incident, management took a purely defensive and process-driven approach, with no accountability or willingness to resolve the situation directly.
I would strongly recommend that guests reconsider staying here, as based on my experience there is a lack of responsibility and support if something goes wrong.
