The staff was amazing, we loved the duplex rental. It was so cute The bed was amazing,Ac super cool, quite surrounding, free, complimentary, breakfast, American and Ghana meals love

The hotel and facilities were beautiful and up to par…. Very lovely scenery and well maintained, discrepancies in pricin

Cons:

Discrepancies in their billing….. price changed and was marked up wayyy higher than the original bill and very different from the exchange rate they claimed it would be cedis from dollars, also said repeatedly that they don’t accept dollar payment only to get to the premises and all of a sudden they accept dollar payment after money was alleges changed to cedis

I could have easily spent less and gotten a better experience.
Pros:

The aesthetics of the room was exactly as I had seen, it was beautiful

Cons:

It wasn’t clean, the white walls had gone brown, the splash back in my room was broken, when I spoke to the reception they said it was heat. Everything looked poorly maintained.

Expect top tier service in well appointed, designer decorated facilities.
Pros:

The hotel is elegant, clean and beautifully decorated. Couple that with impeccable service from the staff and it’s a winning combination.

Exceptional Housekeeping and Reception Services

Pros:

This was a bad experience, and you are fully aware that I was not allowed to check in because your team chose not to charge the card on file without the physical card present. This requirement was never communicated to me, unlike the instructions you clearly sent regarding the security deposit.
