The staff was very pleasant and accommodating!

Got woken up at 3am in the middle of the night with sounds of severe banging which was frightening. Couldnt sleep. The hotel needs severe renovation and is outdated.

Their staff and level of customer servvice was quite impressive

My stay at this Hotel was just okay. While the accommodations were decent, I experienced inconsistent communication with staff and felt there was a bit of nickel and diming throughout my visit. I’m still waiting on my deposit to be returned, which has added to my overall disappointment. The experience could have been better with more transparency and professionalism. When I return to Accra, I don’t plan to stay here again.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Originally planned as a one-night stop, we were so impressed by the experience that we extended our stay to three nights. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. The room was immaculate, with a spacious layout and modern appliances that made our stay incredibly comfortable.

The bed was soft yet supportive, complemented by superior bedding that made for restful nights. The decor was both tasteful and modern, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also took full advantage of the clean, air-conditioned gym, which was impressively well-equipped for a hotel facility.

The pool area was stunning and provided a relaxing escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The waitstaff were exceptional—always helpful, courteous, and eager to ensure our experience was perfect.

For the quality and amenities offered, the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and look forward to revisiting in the future. It’s a rare gem that perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and affordability. Worth every penny!

Very Friendly staff. Very accommodating. For some reason do not stock wash cloths/Face towels in the room. We had to ask for them every day

The stay at Kwarleyz is always an amazing experience. The staff there are all super amazing and they all go out of their way to give you an amazing experience. From stay 1… my Butler Alex has given impeccable service. And please do visit the spa for a most relaxing and amazing massage!

Nice place to stay

Very modern the space of the room was wonderful prefect relaxing or a birthday vibe

The property has potential but it’s the lack of attention to detail. It was a beautiful property, with a spacious room and we enjoyed the pool. The issues we had were;
1. Why have a butler with a phone number that you can’t call from the hotel phone?
2. To charge prices as the finest hotel in the world, you can’t be cheap with the toilet paper. If you’re leaving half a roll leave a fresh roll in the drawer.
3. If they’re a two people in the room and you change towels provide two sets.
4. I checked out and paid cash. The attendant started helping someone else. I asked for my receipt and he gave me the invoice. Well later on, they told my friend in a totally different room, I hadn’t paid and charged him again for all my incidentals.
5. The bathroom was leaking down into the hallway.
6. The TV would reset every time you pulled the card from the wall but would not reconnect to the internet.
