Very pleasant as always.
Pros:

I have stayed here multiple times and the staff are the heart of this hotel. They really look after you and nothing is too much trouble. A great team who excel in their hospitality.

Lovely Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

The hotel has a bar and restaurant so you do not need to leave the premises - which was ideal for our visit during a named storm. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food, dinner and breakfast, was excellent - highly recommend the steak pie.
The room was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was a good size and comfortable.

Cons:

There was some road noise early in the morning but it was not frequent and did not disturb too much.
