Balili Farm at Nacpan El Nido

Horrible service. We booked the stay so we can enjoy the day in Nacpan Beach. We reserved accommodations and a pick up time but they never showed up to get us which led to wasted hours and daylight. Needless to say do not waste your time and money on this establishment. It ruined part of our trip.

Huoneet olivat todella ihanat ja siistit. Sänky oli mukava ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Kylpyhuoneessa oli pesutarvikkeet valmiina ja lämmin vesi. Palvelu oli todella hyvä. Resortilla oli oma tuktuk-kuski, joka kuskasi vain bensarahaa vastaan minne tahansa milloin tahansa. Hänelle pystyi soittamaan ja hetken päästä hän saapui noutamaan. Resortilla oli myös skoottereita, joita sai ilmaiseksi lainata.

This place felt like home. The staffs are so friendly. Even the kittens and dogs on the property are sweet, too! They greeted us with some fresh fruits and welcome drinks - fresh juice. The cabin was very clean and the bugs are well kept out. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. The mosquito tent was perfect and in working condition. The cabin was well insulated, not cold nor hot. There are a lot of bugs outside though! I need to give props to the driver who picked us up from the airport, 2 round trips to Nacpan Beach and a ride into El Nido town. (For a simple 500 pesos = 10 USD) He was on time and very nice about it. We will definitely come back! The only down side is it is about 10 minutes dusty ride to the beach and 40 minutes to town. We booked this hotel for one night and paid in advance but never get a chance to stay here as they had given the room to someone else and it was fully booked. They tried to offer us a tent nearby but we rejected it and also tried to give us a less cash back what we have paid in advance!

In top of that they were advertising that it is 1 min walk from the Nacpan Beach but in reality it is 10-15 min scooter drive and would say that it is 40 min walking distance located basically in the middle of nothing. Hence can not be recommend.

However, the staff at least tried to solve the issue somehow and were friendly.
