Pros:

We had dinner on the date of arrival. It was good.

Cons:

Nothing like that. Tariff was quite high, could have been less for the accommodation. Looks like you jacked up due to Dasara.

Cons:

Wifi was not working in the rooms. You had to go down to reception to use it.
Breakfasts could have been better, asked for tea without sugar. It never came. But another received a pot of sugarless tea 😢
Shower curtain was very dirty. No body explained how the TV and aircon were to be operated without remotes.

Value for money. Enjoyed stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was south Indian but I am north Indian so not satisfied. Dosa had too much oil.
Staff were good and location is ideal for a tourist

Cons:

WiFi policy of token for a day. Internet is so cheap hence it should not be limited. Also escape route should be clearly displayed which was missing

Pros:

1) Inclusivity of the Hotel to hire differently abled people was amazing. It was so heart warming to see this Inclusivity which helps them to also earn their living in a respectable way.

Loved the bell boy who helped us check out and helped us with our luggage

2) The location is quite central. (Just an explanation of other tourists: when I say central I don't mean posh location but in a small city central broadly means places and things easily accessible.)

Cons:

1) Rooms were dirty beyond words - description below
2) Other staff (abled ones by definition) who ignored our request for linen change at the initial request (changed it when we requested again and again), towel change. Because linen had hair all over and towels were stinking
3) The tray in which the tea was served was extremely dirty
4) mugs were not visually clean
5) The toilets weren't also clean
6) Basics as tooth brush were charged
7) As against my experience small water bottles were provided instead of 1 litre.
8) There is a stench in the room/lift


So for a room costing approx 4000 per day per room with taxes (we booked 2 for 2 days but checked out in 1 day) it was a total waste of time and money

For how the facilities, cleanliness etc are they shouldn't be charming more than 1000 or maximum 1500. Coffee was so sweet and not bearable so we didn't risk ourselves with breakfast or any other meal/snacks.

We paid little over what this hotel charged and moved to a 4 star nice hotel the next day. Totally worth it

Exceptional
Pros:

Hotel location was good, commute to &fro from the city centre and attractions. Staffs are very helpful.I particularly like to thank the manager. He gave special concession by allowing us to take shower and use a room even after we checked out.

Cons:

Hotel facilities need attention. Everything does not work the same way those should be. At times we found that annoying.
