概ね満足
Pros:

ロケーション、屋上テラスがよかった。部屋は広いけど使った人数（５人）ではやや狭かった。
貸し出しの自転車があった。

Cons:

部屋が広かったけど、今回の５人にはやや狭かった。
コネクティングルームを使っていた別客がドアノブをガチャガチャされてうるさかった。

Pros:

Size of the room was good given Tokyos challenges of square footage

Cons:

No amenities or options for amenities it's a very Airbnb experience, one can't get breakfast or room service or even room cleaning or trash cleaning.
Shower so tiny elbow bumps door and walls. But functional

素晴らしい
Pros:

エアコンのトラブルということで、部屋の変更の提案がありましたが、代替先の部屋（別ホテル）に変更をお願いしました。
当方の返信が遅れてしまい、宿泊前日の変更申込みにも関わらず迅速に対応していただきました。
ホテルスタッフの対応も良く、部屋も清潔で家族4人とても快適に過ごせました。
