Pros:

Chcem vás poprosiť zlepšiť stav v izbe aby prerábať úplná nova izba aj kúpeľňa a WC. Aj hrozne mi to seka tv.

Pros:

Gut: man findet leicht kostenlose Parkplätze. Schlecht: alles andere - Zimmer nicht sauber, Möbel völlig abgewohnt, teilweise auch defekt, Heizung ließ sich nicht abstellen, Kühlschrank verschimmelt. Aufzug wurde seit tschechoslowakischen Tagen nicht erneuert - hoffentlich wurde er wenigstens seither gewartet. Sehr unflexibles Personal: Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8 und nicht früher. Wir: "Unser erster Termin ist um 0745 Uhr" — Antwort: "Dann können Sie eben nicht frühstücken." Kommunikation insgesamt sehr schwierig, da niemand Englisch oder Deutsch spricht... Erst Mithilfe unserer slowakischen Kollegin konnten wir beim Personal durchdringen.
