Dejaron el aire puesto, que estaba mal, y nosotros no pusimos en ningún momento e inundaron la habitación y el equipaje se mojó todo. Nunca se hicieron cargo de lo sucedido, nada más dijeron que presentáramos la reclamación por expedía. A día de hoy, no he tenido respuesta por su parte por la reclamación

Reserve con ellos una habitación y me lleve la sorpresa de que no se encontraba nadie en el hotel, ni contestaban las llamadas, y el hotel estaba completamente oscuro, hasta el momento ni hoteles.com ni el hotel me solucionan un reembolso. Como tal dudo mucho que opere como un Hotel

El lugar está bonito, es muuuy tranquilo y calmado, la atención del personal es excelente, muy atentos. Todo normal, se entiende que es una hacienda y todo bien, hay agua caliente, el restaurante algo carito para las porciones, pero 100% se entiende y los chilaquiles son de lo mejor. Yo muy feliz la verdad! lo único pésimooo son las almohadas, son durísimas y muy altas, no tuve ninguna noche de buen sueño :( las camas matrimoniales son muy chicas como para dos personas, el colchón es firme y cómodo, mi único tema fueron las almohadas y mi familia se quejó de lo mismo. Ocupamos 7 habitaciones.

El lugar es bonito. Parece museo. Sin embargo, no había aire acondicionado, las habitaciones ( 1 y 5) olían a humedad, el internet no llega y la TV no tiene señal. Es como una película de Adam sandler, el mesero es cocinero, recepción y jardinero. No regresaría.
