Pros:

깨끗한 숙소였어요

Cons:

아침조식이 기대이하였어요. 연어랑 육회가 나오는건 좋았지만 비빔밥코너라고 해놓고 나물은 없고.. 맛이 그냥 그랬어요. 커피도 불만족스러웠고.

Pros:

비즈니스 호텔에 맞게 깔끔하고 객실 내에서 업무 하기에 매우 적합했습니다. 전반적으로 마음에 들었으나, 위치적으로나 편의시설로 본다면 딱 가격대는 10만원대 초반이 적당한 것 같습니다.

Cons:

샤워부스에서 샤워를 하면 변기쪽으로 물이 흐르고, 객실 내 테이블은 닦이지 않아서 전 사용자가 흘린 음식물 국물과 끈쩍거림이 남아 있어서 셀프로 닦고 사용하였습니다. 그리고 객실간의 벽사이 소음이 너무 잘 들립니다. 옆 객실 코고는 소리가 너무나 잘 들립니다.

4성급 호텔 맞나요? 에어컨 고장으로 지옥 같은 밤을 보냈습니다.
Cons:

2박 3일 일정으로 방문했는데, 첫날밤 객실 내 에어컨이 고장 나 실내 온도가 30도까지 치솟았습니다. 밤새 더위와 싸우느라 숙면은커녕 지옥 같은 시간을 보냈습니다.

다음날 아침 프런트에 항의하여 직원분이 직접 방에 들어와 고장임을 확인했고, 결국 둘째 날이 되어서야 방을 교체받았습니다. 프런트 직원분이 죄송하다고 사과를 전하긴 했지만, 책임 있는 지배인 같은 높은 사람들은 얼굴 한번 비추지 않더군요.

체크아웃하는 아침에라도 다시 한번 상황을 살피고 정중한 사과나 적절한 후속 조치를 취해주셨더라면 이렇게까지 불쾌하진 않았을 겁니다. 하지만 아무런 보상도, 성의 있는 대처도 없이 배짱 장사하듯 넘어가려는 태도에 실망을 넘어 큰 분노를 느낍니다.

4성급이라는 타이틀이 아까울 정도로 시설 관리도, 고객 서비스 응대도 최악이었습니다. 에어컨 고장으로 고생하실 다른 분들을 위해 사실 그대로 남깁니다.

참고로 바꿔준 방 청결 상태도 엉망이었습니다. 이불을 들추니 머리카락도 몇가닥 그대로 보였고요. 다시는 갈 일 없을거 같네요.

Overall for what I paid, it was good value.
Pros:

I like the corner room with all windows. The reception area and coffee area was very nice.

Nice looking and clean. Staff extremely helpful.

Cons:

The table in the room gave the room a cheap feeling. Rather put a profession looking table or a couch.

Food menu did not give many options.

아주 쾌적하고 깔끔하고 좋지만, 호텔 내 어메니티 를 주지 않습니다 그부분은 아쉽습니다.

La habitación es grande y cómoda. El desayuno es bueno cuando es buffet. El personal es atento.

Cons:

Estaba todo en reparación, incluyendo la piscina que estaba fuera de servicio. El desayuno algunos días eran 3 menús a elegir, regulares. Muy difícil la comunicación con el personal ya que pocos hablan inglés.
