Közel van a koncert terem es a stadion es az is jó volt hogy, a szobához tartozik egy kis hűtő es az erkély is jó volt ,közel van az U bahn és a fürdőkád az szuper volt

Lage

Cons:

Alte Ausstattung im 60iger, 70iger Jahre Flair. Tür von der Duschkabine ohne Berührung rausgefallen. Dusche schließt nicht.
Toilette war ein Hochspüler. Extrem hellhörig. Höre Nachbarzimmer, als würde sich jemand in meinem Bad unterhalten.

Schönes Hotel direkt an der Messe Dortmund
Pros:

Ein einfaches, aber sehr schönes Hotel in optimaler Lage zur Messe Dortmund. Fußläufig 10 Minuten. Am Abend direkt fußläufig gute Möglichkeiten um Essen zu gehen. Der perfekte Aufenthalt um die Messe zu besuchen. Außerordentlich freundlicher Empfang beim Einchecken. Gutes Frühstück am nächsten Morgen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Nähe zum Stadion / Westfalenhalle.
Es gab einen Balkon.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war hinter der Tür voller Staub und Haare. Die Heizung war kaputt, trotz dass sie abgestellt war, lief sie auf Hochtouren.
Es war nur ein kleines Handtuch vorhanden.
Trotz gebuchten Late-Check-Out stand kurz nach Elf die Putzfrau im immer.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Personal war aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit.... an den Gardinen und Wänden waren Flecken die man eigentlich auch als Personal hätte sehen müssen. Möbel waren sehr alt. Bad war auch aus den 70ern... Für eine Nacht hat es gelangt.
