Für kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer U-Bahnstation und der Westfalenhalle. Die Rezeption ist durchgehend besetzt und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Durch die Lage an der Hauptstr. kann man nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Bettdecken sind sehr dünn, ich bekam aber eine zusätzliche Wolldecke. Einiges ist veraltet und abgenutzt.

Die Lage zur Messe war top und das Personal war überfreundlich

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer und dass die Vorhänge über die Heitzung gehen, so dass es im Zimmer kalt wurde, sobald die Vorhänge zu waren. Frühstück war gut, aber zu kleine auswahl

Nice cozy hotel with extra friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice location, at walking distance from the city center (if you don't mind a nice 20 minutes walk).
Very pleasant staff, they spoke several languages, including my native language.
The breakfast was quite complete and well cooked and nicely served.

Cons:

The door to the room is old and not a good sound insulator. At night I could hear almost everything, even people speaking in the hall at normal level.
The stairs access could be better pointed. I'd rather use the stairs whenever I can instead of the elevator.
Some of the staff, although friendly, spoke only German, with is not an advantage in a big city like Dortmund with international travelers.

Das Zimmer war unrenoviert, die Möbel alt und insgesamt unsauber. Es war sehr laut durch Straßenlärm. Duschkabine defekt. Frühstück war okay, Tisch unsauber
