Unreliable reservation and unresponsive hotel clerk
Pros:

It looked like a nice place, but they sent us to a room that was occupied and then we were told there wasn’t supposed to be somebody in the room. Then we were told that they didn’t have a room for us. Really bizarre.

Cons:

The clerk on duty made no effort to figure out who was in the room that was supposed to be ours, no call to a superior as to how to handle the situation. Just nothing. Seemed very fishy. Just a non responsive hotel clerk that sent us away late at night searching for a new hotel even though we had a reservation through booking.com

Pros:

Very nice hotel in a small town was a bonus.

Cons:

My husband and I are older and we found the tub shower floor was slippery. At our age we prefer a walk in shower, but if one isn't available, it is very important to have something on the tub floor to make it non slip.

Cons:

There is only one ice machine ( located on the first floor) and it was broken again. Second time in as many stays. Might be time for a new one!

Expensive rate for stained furniture in room. Otherwise it was clean.

Pool, hot tub, good customer service, bed comfortable and clean

Cons:

Furniture stained where you set suitcase. It was gross. Big stain on seat. Should have been removed and not left in room.
