Design. Space. Location
Pros:

Location is ideal to explore ancient part of Rome , just a small walk from Forum and Colosseum. The room was spacious with fully equipped kitchen. The size of the room was a big advantage for us as it rained a lot and we spent more time in the room than usually during city trips. Definitely the value for money in Rome considering room size
Exceptional service and very nice staff made us feel very welcomed.

Cons:

This is really an apartment hotel rather than a regular hotel facility. Not a major problem but rather you need to understand/consider while making your accommodation choice.
Contemporary design after a couple of days start to fill a bit annoying as some usability was sacrificed to the design but still I’ll definitely recommend to experience stay in this design hotel to experience first hand .

The design is beautiful and many details were interesting

Cons:

but unfortunately, it wasn’t always comfortable to stay there, which slightly affected my overall experience.
Also, there is no lobby or an always-open restaurant where guests can spend some time outside of their room, which I found a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful hotel with questionable policies
Pros:

Beautiful spacious rooms.

Cons:

The location and the rooms are incredible. But do not stay here if you value your privacy. The staff here think it’s “normal” and perfectly acceptable to google guest based on reservation details. The staff looked through my social media and LinkedIn details before I even arrived at the hotel. Unacceptable.
