Pros:

Did not get correct accommodation which I booked for.
Requested room to sleep 4 and was given 1 double bed and 1 single.
Manager unreasonable when tried to explain. Showed him my booking which confirmed 1 double and 2 single. His copy showed 1 double and 2 twin.- did not understand what 2 twin meant.
Gave me a single mattress but no space in the room. It would block access to bathroom. Other staff were good but this manager was rude and abusive. He refused to give me his name.wasted an hour with him, without any resolution.
