Pros:

Centrally located, great service, clean room

Cons:

Soundproofness could be improved
I woke up middle of the night because of the neighbour trying to open his door. You can see that the rooms are getting old, but overall - fine
Another thing, since the location is central, in the middle of the night we also heard people on the main square turning on music in their cars

Great location, breakfast and mountain views, but the balcony design could be improved.
Pros:

Nice room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tasty food and drink options, and the staff were friendly. There is a large parking area in front of the hotel, and the location is very convenient, right in the center of Stepantsminda, with a supermarket and several restaurants just across the street.

Cons:

The balcony is shared with the room next door, which takes away a lot of the privacy and, in our opinion, defeats the purpose of having a balcony. You don’t really want to sit that close to strangers staying in the neighboring room.

Another issue is the very bright LED light on the balcony, which stays on throughout the entire night. We were told that it cannot be turned off. Its purpose is to make the hotel look nice from the street. Unfortunately, the light is very bright inside the room at night, so you have to keep the blinds completely closed. It would make much more sense to have a switch inside each room so guests can decide whether they want the balcony light on or off.

Prachtig hotel met goed restaurant en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Wij hebben 3 nachten in dit hotel doorgebracht. Het is een mooi hotel in het centrum van Kazbegi met voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. De kamers waren schoon en hebben goede bedden. Het hotel heeft een prachtig ingericht restaurant met leuke zitjes en we hebben er heerlijk gegeten. Aan de achterkant een groot terras met uitzicht op de bergen. Het personeel was het meest attente en vriendelijke wat we in heel Georgië hebben meegemaakt. Aanrader!

Pros:

We ordered a baby cot and they provided us with a good one. It was my wife's birthday so they made a makeshift pancake and banana cake which was really beautiful and tasty. They also gave us free wine bottle to celebrate our special day!

We woke up to breathtaking views of the mountains and river under it.

Bidet was the only missing thing

L'albergo si trova nella piazza del paesino.
Le camere sono belle, molto confortevoli e pulite, con un terrazzino e ampie vetrate che affacciano sulle montagne.
Zone comuni arredate con gusto.
Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Cons:

Abbiamo mangiato in albergo la sera e la sala comune era pochissimo illuminata.

Just About Everything You Need for a Stay in Kasbegi
Pros:

Staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel is located right in the center of town and is close to everything. Finally good blackout curtains!!! Made sleep super comfortable. Great view of the mountain from the balcony.

Cons:

The hotel is understaffed. You sometimes need to be patient as one girl has to take care of the front desk and the restaurant. Not the staff's fault of course.

There was a mouldy smell in the bathroom.
