Pros:

Wir sind außerhalb der Saison gereist und haben, ohne zu fragen ein Upgrade bekommen. Wir hatten ein sehr großzügiges Zimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick. Das wir, aufgrund einer zeitigen Abreise nicht das gebuchte Frühstück wahrnehmen konnten, wurde uns ein umfangreiches Lunch-Paket zur Verfügung gestellt.

Perfect stay at the centre of Stepandsminda
Pros:

Love the location. It's right beside the main road. Spar, convenient stores, pharmacy, taxi / Bolt and some Indian restaurants are literally few steps away. If you are looking for convenience, this hotel would be a perfect stay for you

The room is clean and comfortable. If you prefer to view the river and the mountain, choose the mountain view room. If you prefer to view the main road (also with a mountain view), choose the city view room. But both will definitely have a mountain views, do not worry

The best part of this hotel were the staffs / receptionist ladies. They were friendly and super helpful with everything. We even got a hot choc before checking out. What a perfect and kind gesture!

Cons:

There's no elevator/lift. If you are immobile, perhaps the hotel is not for you. You have to climb the stairs to level 2 or 3 (depends which room you choose).

Luogo incantevole, pulito, arredato con gusto, personale molto accogliente e attento alle esigenze del cliente, parcheggio davanti alla struttura, camera enorme con salottino privato, doccia caldissima

The staff at the hotel were brilliant. We had to leave on an early bus so they made us a fantastic lunch box instead of breakfast. The lounge and decking area was great and view, wow.

Очень приятное место. Рекомендую бронировать номер с видом на горы. Вид из окон потрясающий.
