Pros:

服务人员热情，服务周到，房间干净，10月去的，房屋有暖气很暖和，餐厅饭菜很好吃

Cons:

没有电梯，有大行李不方便，因为临主街，深夜车路过较多，门口狗叫声音大，对睡眠有要求的慎选

Pros:

חדר מושלם מול הנוף הנפלא של ההר הכנסייה, מתחת למרפסת נהר זורם, חדר האוכל מעוצב יפה מאד עם מרפסת גדולה, ארוחת הבוק היתה מעולה, יותר מכל בתי המלון שהינו בהם במהלך הטיול. אכלנו גם ארוחת ערב במסעדה של המלון שהייתה מצויינת, שרות מעולה

שאין מעלית לקומות למעלה, אבל איש השרות עזר לנו עם המזוודות, בנוסף המדרגות מאד גבוהות וקצת קשה לאנשים מבוגרים

Pros:

- 호텔 방이나 식당에서 보는 뷰가 좋았음. 방에서 게르게티 성당이 보임
- 욕실에 타월랙이 있어 건조하기에 좋았고, 물도 2병 제공됨
- 조식에 제공되는 빵 종류가 정말 다양하고 많음. 여러 날 머물며 다 맛보고 싶을 정도로 종류가 다양함
- 저녁 식사를 호텔 식당에서 먹었는데, 음식 맛도 좋았고, 특히 디저트로 먹은 브라우니(with 아이스크림)가 맛있었음

Cons:

- facial tissue, 냉장고, 객실 쓰레기통이 없음 (욕실에만 쓰레기통이 있었음)
- 엘리베이터가 없어서 조금 불편함
- 전력이 약한 지 식당에서 짧게 짧게 정전이 몇 번 반복되었고, 욕실 드라이기 2단계 세기로 사용하면 금방 꺼짐. 1단계 세기로 사용하면 중간에 꺼지지 않고, 원하는만큼 사용 가능함

Виды на террасе великолепные. Только за ними стоило бы вернуться

Perfect holiday hotel with exceptional customer service
Pros:

The view, rooms and hospitality and helpfulness of the staff all the ladies from the reception to the restaurant are exceptionally helpful and made our stay very joyful and comfortable! This is our second time here in a year and its even better than last year

Cons:

Its fully occupied so couldnt stay for more days and had to book another hotel for rest of the days

Pros:

Все понравилось. Вид на речку , и шум речки успокаивал. Но есть номера на город, это на дорогу, не советую. По возможности бронируйте с видом на горы, тогда будет тихо и вид на речку

Cons:

Не было никакого холодильника.
