Pros:

Clean and quiet and relax ambient

Cons:

Not suitable for saty during festive season as there's a parking lot space which open for.firework play. Very disturbance especially after late night. But this is only my preference. Overall, I will still come bacak to stay but will skipped during festive season.

Comfortable hotel if you can sleep through very loud noises
Pros:

Room was fairly large with adequate facilities; TV was updated with option to use apps like Youtube, Netflix; breakfast buffet though limited in variety was more than adequate in its local foods, e.g., nasi lemak, mee siam; water cooler is available on the same floor as the breakfast buffet restaurant

Cons:

The extremely loud blasts throughout the night from the fireworks going on outside which were audible even with ear plugs that prevented any kind of sleep to take place (why the hotel would permit non-stop fireworks to be let off in front of the building from 10pm up to 3am is a puzzle. There was a note in the room informing that there may be sounds from 'fire crackers' during festive periods.); pillows were a bit hard; room walls and table top were not very clean
