I booked this hotel for 4 nights but only stayed for 2—and even that was a nightmare. When I arrived on the second day of my booking, there were no rooms available. Once I finally got a room, there was no running water most of the time. I had to go to the lobby and beg them to turn it on just to shower or use the bathroom. Electricity kept cutting out, and the AC barely worked. The toilet seat was old and broken—you couldn’t even flush after using it. On my first night, I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth because there was no water. I woke up sticky, sweaty, and miserable. I left after 2 nights and asked for a refund for the remaining night, but they refused. This place was filthy, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

L’hôtel a un gros nom, mais au fond, il n’est pas encore à un niveau de standard international. Tout ce qui compte c’est de gagner d’argent, il faut le faire dans de bonnes conditions.
Je ne pouvais pas fixer l’air conditionné, pas de télécommande pour ça. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, pas de télécommande pour ça non plus. La chambre était très froide. La piscine était sale, il y avait des petites grenouilles.
Au final, j’ai quitté là-bas avec un mal de gorge et une grippe. C’est tout.

I absolutely loved the fact that it’s right across from place Manoir and just a quick walk away from Lakou New York. I enjoyed everything about that hotel. I truly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it😊
Let’s not forget to mention the customer service there. The front desk ladies were fantastic, Cassie and the evening one (I forgot her name). They were very helpful and super friendly. Then the waitress

Won't stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel didn't have power, and no one addressed the issue. Our room was so hot because we couldn't turn on the AC. The restaurant advertises pizza, they didn't have pizza. The manager just apologized but didn't do anything to rectify the issues.

The property was clean. The room was spacious and bathroom was modern for haiti quality. The service was great. The property is in the middle of downtown jacmel but yet quiet. My wife and I had a great time.
