Wonderful, tranquil property within walking distance
Pros:

The location of the villa was very close to the main street. The hostess was very nice and easygoing. She gave us a tour of her property and we relaxed in the hammocks in the evening after dinner. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean.

Cons:

The street was noisy from the semana santa celebrations, but thats expected when staying in El Valle during that time.

Tolle Unterkunft für schöne Wanderungen in El Valle
Pros:

Wir hatten das "Stadthaus" gebucht, für mehrere Tage in El Valle ist die Größe perfekt. Man hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer und eine Art Küche. Die Küche besteht aus Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Sandwichmaker, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Ein Spülbecken ist nicht vorhanden, was aber kein Problem war, da die Gastgeberin das Geschirr jederzeit für einen spült.
Victoria hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns sehr mit dem Shuttle nach Santa Catalina geholfen. Die Unterkunft liegt genau zwischen der Hauptstraße mit allen Restaurants und einzelnen Wanderwegen. Im Garten der Unterkunft gab es tolle Hängematten. Victoria bietet auch einen Waschservice an, wir waren am in El Valle bei einer günstigen Wäscherei (5€).

Cons:

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber womöglich würde die Unterkunft dann mehr kosten. Der Sandwichmaker ist sehr verkratzt, wir wollten ihn so nicht nutzen. Ein Föhn wäre noch ein Highlight :-)

Amazing location and host
Pros:

Beautiful location and scenery. Proximity to attractions, mountain peaks, waterfalls and much more. Victoria was kind and accommodating.

Cons:

Very small annex with door lock that needs looking into.

Victoria is very welcoming

Cons:

Lack of kitchen equipment (not even a hotplate, only a microwave), the electric kettle was not working, no washing machine despite it being listed in the amenities (of course, no dryer either). Although there is a beautiful garden around the accommodation, there are no benches by the rooms to comfortably enjoy it. The room was full of various throws and fabrics, some of which definitely needed a visit to the dry cleaners. We didn’t have a very good feeling about the cleanliness.
