Check-in takes place at Residence Sos Alinos from June 7 to September 27, approximately 1640 feet from the apartments. The reception office is open from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

The apartment will be available from 5:00 PM, even for guests arriving in the morning

A 24-hour emergency number is available.
For arrivals between 7:30 PM and 11:00 PM, and at all other times, accommodations will be assigned at the Cala Ginepro Hotel Resort, Viale Cala Ginepro 76 – 08028 Orosei Nu, approximately 1.2 mi from the apartments.

A surcharge of EUR 60 applies for arrivals outside of check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that utilities and final cleaning are included.

Pros:

Appartamento ampio in posizione tranquilla e vicina a tutti i servizi ..

Cons:

Unico neo è la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti che gli operatori del comune passano nei giorni stabiliti ma non ritirano i rifiuti degli appartamenti ginestre.ma solo quelli dei residenti.... perché??

La mia prima vacanza da neomamma: super!
Pros:

Appartamento spazioso, ben attrezzato, in location silenziosa. Ampio parcheggio libero. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Il paese di Sos Alinos è piccolo, ma c'è tutto quello che può servire durante un soggiorno di vacanza (dai ristoranti, al supermercato, alla farmacia, etc.). Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Cons:

Dalla descrizione non era ben comprensibile dove e come effettuare il check-in. Al numero di telefono risponde l'hotel e non la reception degli appartamenti. Non facile da capire anche la questione raccolta differenziata.

Molle costole e acqua fredda
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione molto comoda a tutto. Comunque zona tranquilla.

Cons:

Al arrivo paghiamo una penale di €50 per l’orario d’arrivo e LO SAPEVO già da prima di prenotare perché lo scrivono in chiaro. Alle 11 di sera circa siamo già dentro al appartamento e pronti per fare la doccia (con una bimba di 9 anni che ha fatto 13 ore di viaggio) ma non c’è acqua calda!!!! Apri qua, apri la, lascia aperta…. Chiamo e mi dicono che non mi assicurano che possa venire il manutentore ma forse si…. Nel forse decidiamo e facciamo la doccia con acqua fredda. A mezzanotte arriva il manutentore e la caldaia parte, problema? Sicuramente le batterie che la fanno funzionare (si, due pile enormi della duracell)
Io avrei chiamato il giorno dopo scusandomi per la situazione e avrei fatto qualche gesto cordiale verso il cliente (per esempio rimborsando i €50 del check in fuori orario)
Poi siamo in 3 ma ci danno un appartamento che è per 8 persone! Con 8 letti! Ed ogni uno di questi era distrutto, le molle le sentivi in ogni tua costola! Mi ha dato l’impressione che siano i materassi vecchi del albergo che gestiscono vicino agli appartamenti.
IO NON CHIEDO, SEMPLICEMENTE NON UTILIZZO PIU IL SERVIZIO OFFERTO.

Pros:

Posizione buona, non sul mare ma vicino ai negozi. Appartamento di buone dimensioni con terrazzino. Arredamento datato ma funzionale. È presente il condizionatore.

Cons:

La struttura che gestisce gli appartamenti si è dimenticata di informarci che il checkout andava fatto in un posto diverso dal check in e che gli orari non erano quelli indicati nella prenotazione. C'è qualche problema nella gestione dei rifiuti sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi.
