They were very useless. I didn't get checked in without unnecessary harassment about paying upfront even though my booking was guaranteed. Room wasn't cleaned while we stayed, no matter how many times we called them for service they never responded.

For all the three days small towels not available. Few large towels are very old. Even envelope is not available for invoice. On booking.com they mentioned that one day advance is required, But I received message after booking that advance for both the the days is required. When I enquired about it, I received unprofessional reply that it is an automated message.

4 times pleased to bring a plates. and 1 hour reception stay cheking the booking and trying to go to the room. And thet out the price much then in web site. Trying to book a room by phone 4 times...

As a solo female this was the first place I went after arriving. The room was nice for the price. I was happy to have a place to rest with air conditioning.
They wouldn’t allow any visitors after 8, but as a solo female traveler that made me feel more safe.
They staff was amazing and super helpful. They assisted me on calling an Uber to get a SIM card, find food, and also booking a bus to Jaipur.

I stayed there ,They force customers to pay gst in cash while the booking amount must be paid via online payment mode.
It is very clear they are hiding the real sales data from gst delartment - clear exampke of tax evasion.
In this way they are getting gst in cash , so no need to disclose that income. While less amount of gst paid to gst department and government as the base booking amount is paid in online mode.
Services are super shitty , no room service , no clean rooms , smell of ciggerettes in the hall way. Reception staff is always sleeping and nobody to take luggage to your room even.
When i asked why are you charging gst in cash the staff on reception instead of answering properly started misbehaving.
This hotel is in a great location in the centre of Gurugram. It is very practical to go from the hotel to phase 3 metro station and cyber hub. The rooms and hotel in general are decently clean and you can get a good view over much of cyber city from the upper floors. The rooms are surprisingly big and even have armchairs and a decently sized bathroom - a pleasant surprise given the price. The staff were attentive although many were not able to understand much English.
The hotel can be rather difficult to find as it is quite far inside a gated compound. If you open the window, I imagine there will be quite a lot of noise from the sound of the cars honking outside, depending on the room you are in; and there were also unfortunately no mosquito nets. The breakfast choice was limited and mostly hot; the breakfast unfortunately lacking any sort of continental options. You could consider finding some alternatives to the hotel’s breakfast in cyber hub if you wish, given the hotel’s proximity. The slippers that were provided seemed to be of rather low quality and were quite uncomfortable and the room had strangely slippery floors, so I recommend guests to bring their own shoes or slippers to avoid falling over like we did.
