Pros:

Mein Einzelzimmer war perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich habe gut geschlafen und sehr gut gefrühstückt. Mein Frühstück hatte ich mir am Abend zusammen mit dem sehr netten Gastgeber zusammengestellt. Am Morgen war alles wie gewünscht da.

Cons:

I would like to share my experience regarding my recent stay.
The room itself had a major privacy issue: the window is very large and directly faces the street, while the curtain only covers half of it. This made it impossible to change clothes in the room, and I had to use the bathroom for privacy, which was quite inconvenient.
In addition, the invoicing process has been extremely frustrating. I booked two nights separately, and while the first invoice was correct, the second one was issued incorrectly using my private information instead of the company details I had clearly provided in advance.
What made the situation worse is the lack of communication. I tried to contact the host multiple times via Booking messages, email, and phone, but received no response for a long time. Since I had already returned abroad, I had to purchase an international roaming package just to call and resolve this issue.
Although I finally managed to reach the host and received a corrected invoice, it still contained errors (the street number was written incorrectly). After that, I again attempted to contact the host through multiple channels, but received no reply.
This situation has cost me a significant amount of time, effort, and even additional money. I am now forced to consider making another international call just to get a correct invoice for reimbursement purposes.
I hope the host can improve both communication and attention to detail in the future.

Sauber, gutes WLan, Getränkeautomat

Cons:

Etwas abseits, ungünstige ÖPNV-Anbindung am Abend. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen.

Netter Empfang durch die Chefin, sehr großes, akzeptabel sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Zu Frühstück und Restaurant kann ich nichts anmerken, da wegen Betriebsferien geschlossen.

Ruhige Unterkunft am Ortsrand
Pros:

- gemütlich ruhig am Ortsrand
- morgens konnte man im Flur einen Kaffee aus der Maschine ziehen; das war viel Wert, wenn man kein Frühstück gebucht hat
