Quest Hotel Tagaytay

Excellent service

A bit dated, but great location and super friendly staff. Rooms are good sized, WiFi works well and the shower is solid.

Being just few steps to Flora Mall and Serin Mall is very convenient. Staff were polite. Didn't like the floor being sticky and felt not clean walking barefoot (no hotel slippers provided). Dining room was cozy but small, hence no room for buffet breakfast.

Staff were absolutely fabulous and should be commended for the job they do

Garden/park outside ,polite joyous school children froliking. Near coffe shop mall, taxi and trike stand also near traditional type market

We liked how central everything felt. Sober was a short taxi away and many sights were close. Good location and great staff.

The follow through with the staff on room cleanliness need improvement. The first room we were put in was dusty and smelled mildly of mildew, the sheets were not clean either and my wife had an asthma attack sure to the mold and dust. We were moved to another room up a few floors and have had a great experience since

Very nice location one shopping area behind and one a short walk. Buses and taxis nearby and laundry nearby.

The property is ok but the sorrounding is not presentable , infront if you look on your room look like squatter areas.

the phone has no dial tone, towels are old and staff not friendly, overall the place is not convenient for me

We had a great time at Quest Hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

It looks like a new hotel in terms of cleanliness and the staff are very helpful.

The Baker J is a plus as they serve really good food and pastries.

And it helps a lot that the two bigger malls in Tagaytay are surrounding the hotel

We always stay here when we have to stay in Tagaytay because of comfort and style. We requested for a quiet part of hotel but there was frequent barking and noisy tricycles, unlike our past stays. Also, the aircon stops blowing cold air intermittently, causing us to wake up every time. Another "frustration" was the strong unpleasant smell at the lobby and all over the room itself, unlike the clean smell of a well maintained hotel before. Also due to the heat, i transferred to the sofa and had a rhinitis attack. Many spots showing wear and dirt/mold in the bath area mostly. Time to shape up!
