The staff are great especially Lucy. She helped us with everything we needed. The rooms are very nice and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was really nice and you can order a hot meal from a nice menu as well as some buffet options. Short stroll to town.

During my stay at the my boutique Hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my visit was perfect, from the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt attention to any requests. The room was impeccably clean, and the stunning mountain views added a peaceful touch to my experience. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

Loved staying at this hotel. The service that we received was 10/10. The staff are so kind and genuine and always greeted us with smiles and always went out of their way to help us. This was such a great find in Sa Pa. The staff couldn’t do any more to make our stay more comfortable. They made a mistake with our booking (gave us a double instead of twin room) and originally we said it was fine but on our last night when we asked, they kindly moved us into a twin room at no additional charge. We didn’t originally include breakfast in our booking, but we were glad we did when we got to the hotel - it tasted good (coffee is amazing) and was just one less thing to worry about before a long day of trekking. Also perfectly located for us - not in the busiest part of town so a little quieter but close enough that we could walk to the shops/restaurants. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is clean and the staff are extremely kind and friendly. They speak good English and you can ask them for recommendations on where to go and what to do. Highly recommended place to stay in at Sapa!

Hotel was well situated just outside of the crowded streets. The stuff was excellent especially Ms autumn who was so well informed n efficient. There's a really good little restaurant next to the hotel called morning view restaurant. Excellent home cooked food..

Staff is over friendly...I have been in countless hotel in Nam and I can tell you this one got some of the best staff i ever had the chance to deal with.

Only small issue is the street outside is a bit noisy, some wild screams and party at 1.30AM and the bathroom is kinda small for a big boy like me.

Still, would definitely comeback !!!!

Wonderful clean room and lovely helpful staff helped make this trip memorable. The hotel is situated just down the hill from everything you need and just up the hill from more fun. the views are spectacular, and breakfast is good. Autum went above and beyond helping us with any little challenge we had when she didn't have to . We cannot speak highly enough of her service.

First arrived the receptionist seem demanding me to asap hand my passport and ask me to open my luggage to give my detail of my passport , which I explained to her I will bring it down later after I check in the room. Yet she said she will be waiting for me in outside my room while insist me to hand over my passport after 7 hours sitting down on car from hanoi. This person is absurd and unprofessional at all. No welcoming smile and ask how the trip been. We booked this hotel cause of good review. We actually get free night room from hotel de la coupole M gallery yet We choose this one because of good review and turn out to be disappointed. Room is feel moldy and toilet blind is mold also .You can hear voices in the hallway when people entering their room. To add on at the end of 2 nights thanks god we finally over here. The passport demanding receptionist suddenly pretend to be nice and she said to me to give her a good review and she mention to put her name as ruby do not forget she said. One word to say to about this behaviour, unbelievable!! This is an example for all hotel to get a bad review this is the one hiring girl like her destroy the reputation you have been built on. If the room itself is not up
to my standard I can understand but this kinda behaviour in the hotel industry which service sincerely is a rule of thumb. I did not expect top notch service like Marriot or Intercontinental, but this kind of attitude is unacceptable.

Ms Ruby, Ms My and Ms Thu and all staff were so friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Ms Ruby for upgrading our room to family suite. That was a very aweet gesture even though it was our mistake made during booking. Really appreciate that.

Ms My and Ms Thu we’re also very friendly and obliging. They helped us made arrangement for hiking in Sapa and also arranged tickets and taxi for us to Fansipan. All that was done seamlessly. We really had a good time staying in My Gallery Boutique Hotel & Spa, sister of My Boutique Hotel & Spa.

Rooms were spacious, clean and cosy. Breakfast were delicious and the spread was good.

Upon our departure to Hanoi, Ms My and Ms Thu we’re so kind to pack some bottle water and light snacks for our trip.

That was really thoughtful! We were definitely stay in this hotel again on our next trip back!

We had a wonderful trip to Sapa and stayed at a great hotel called “My Boutique Hotel” Breakfast was excellent and the staff wonderful. We went back to Hanoi, and realized that we had lost a new purchase of a wristwatch, We were amazed that we received a call from Sue the owner to let us know that she had found it and made plans to return it to our hotel in Hanoï. Special thanks for a great experience, highly recommend it.

Very nice rooms and views for the price and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed at a few hotels in Hanoi and Cat Ba and this was easily the best of the lot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a room in Sapa.

I was really satisfied with my stay at the hotel. From start to finish, all members of staff were welcoming, friendly and continued to communicate and check everything was okay to ensure my stay was as good as it could be - really appreciated The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable meaning I had two great sleeps. The hotel is well located and is close to all amenities and the points of interest in Sapa.

Superb host. Polite cordial. Miss Ruby assisted us with everything we needed and provided exact information. And it had every minute details covered. Breakfast was top notch and was well maintained and utmost cleanliness. Close to sun plaza and cat cat Village. Self riding bike is good enough to go around.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and excellent hygiene. We traveled there post covid and in a calm time of the year, but the staff that was there did all they could to be of service and to help with the organization of our trip.

Laundry service was offered, they helped us arranging a bus back to Hanoi and communication around that (which can always be tricky).

We arrived almost in the middle of the night and we still were welcomed with a smile and a good service during our 3 nights stay. The hotel provided us local guide contacts and good advices. And a special thank to them as my daughter forgot her teddy dog and they shipped it to our next hotel.

Very nice to staying here, very good wellcom by Bui Suot. Hightly recommend this place. Sapa is very beautiful place to visit specially for the rice filed this is one of the most beautiful in the world. Good place to eat sturgeon menu it's clean test here. Nice weather nice hotel and nice trip.

This is an amazing hotel with good location and design. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful especially “miss Autumn”. She helped us with all we need and made sure it went smoothly. We impressed with their services.
