Ik weet niet of ik hier nog eens zou verblijven, maar er zijn zeker hotels met een betere prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op een steile heuvel, dus we hebben meteen een scooter gehuurd. De kamers zijn zoals op de foto’s, maar wel wat verouderd. Hetzelfde geldt voor de douche. Voor het ontbijt kun je beter geen hoge verwachtingen hebben.

Günstiger Aufenthalt in Sapa
Pros:

Wir waren fast die einzigen Gäste im Hotel und haben ein gratis Upgrade bekommen. Die Suite war sehr gross und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkte verlassen und etwas vernachlässigt. Das Frühstück war lieblos angerichtet und wirkte nicht frisch.

Good stay but poor initial experience.
Pros:

Male duty manager was very helpful.

Cons:

Initially I was given the key to a room which was already occupied, then put into an unsuitable room. After complaining and as compensation I was upgraded the next day for free to a room at the front with a balcony. Luckily this was available. This helped but the initial experience was unsatisfactory, and this was acknowledged by staff.

Wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Price was reasonable and staff was very friendly.

The walls are too thin. You could hear everything from the other rooms.

Wir haben zum Gluck einen sehr guten Preis für ein sehr schönes Zimmer gekriegt, obwohl der Blick aus dem Fenster nicht so gut ist. Das Zimmer wurde sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war allgemein freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist trotzdem ein bisschen zu dunkel und das Hotel liegt gleich um eine Kurve.

Very dirty! Room was not well prepared. When we complained with reception, no appology, no reaction. She was keep silence. she did not mind anything to us. No reception 24hours (at night). The investor may not know how his staff working everyday. It is very bad experience!
