Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel bieten einen tollen Service. Die Angestellten sind super nett und hilfsbereit, vor allem Ash, der Gäste Manager. Bei allem was ich unternehmen wollte hat er mir geholfen und meine Ausflüge organisiert. Das nenne ich besonders guten Service!

Cons:

Es gibt nur eine Kleinigkeit. Es wäre schön, wenn es richtigen Kaffee gäbe, statt löslichen.

Cons:

Пока пила чай, по столу побежал таракан, пришлось убить. Уборка в номере формальная, лучше ни к чему не присматриваться.
Шумоизоляция отсутствует напрочь. Соседи ходили туда-сюда и общались по громкой связи в общем холле до 4ех утра.

Pros:

The hotel is excellent in every aspect (budget, location, staffs, food, service, etc). I had my own issues due to which I had to make multiple changes but Kudos to the staff who were very calm with me and helped me in making my decision better. Food was also good and all the staffs (from reception to the housekeeping to the kitchen) were friendly. I surely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Schöne, obwohl kleine Zimmer in einer kleinen Nebengasse mitren in Thamel. Sehr freundliches Oersinal und nettes Restaurant im 8. Stock

Cons:

Der Lift ist am letzten Tag ausgefallen, das SPA nicht in Betrieb und eigentlich nur eine kleine Sauna

No parking space. The alley is too small for car entry. I had to walk from main road as car was not able to come to the front door. The road in front of hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at The Milestone Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location in Kathmandu was very convenient. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Pragadh at the reception — he was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. He made the experience even better.

Cons:

There was honestly nothing major to complain about. Everything met my expectations.

Fantastic & really recommend
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and giving us the easiest time during our check in time. They also give us advice on what to do in Kathmandu and giving tips on how to travel around. I love that the room give us comfort with a spacious area. I'm glad that the hotel have hot shower in their hotel since winter in Kathmandu can be very cold. The hotel also really at the center of shopping area. Really satisfied.

Pros:

My stay in Kathmandu was amazing. The hotel was comfortable, clean and breakfast was amazing with nice view of Swayambunath but what touched my heart the most was the kindness of the Nepali people. I forgot the name of the reception boy. Very kind, gentle and very helpful. A special thanks him. He thoughtfully organised my 7-day itinerary in Kathmandu. His effort, kindness and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable.
The hospitality is pure and heartfelt. They treat you like family. Truly unforgettable. ❤️

NOT PLACE FOR STAY TO ELDERLY PERSONS

Nothing I liked in the hotel.

Cons:

Cleaned fresh room had cigarette pieces
Poor Breakfast served at 8th floor. Lift works upto 6 floors. Very narrow stairs. My wife with an operated knee could not climb. Hotel restaurant told that they don't have manpower for servicing breakfast for her. I was asked to carry the plate to my wife in 3rd floor through the narrow stairs.

Request Booking.com to mention the CBF served only on 8th floor. Lift till 6th floor only.

Had I known this I wouldn't have booked the hotel.

No exhaust in the too small bathroom.
Too small room given.

Room cleaning only on demand. My room was not cleaned.

Pros:

The hotel does have a couple of positives. The room had a modern-style design, and the location is central within Thamel, making it convenient for walking around shops and restaurants. Overall it was decent value for money.

Cons:

The overall experience was disappointing, mainly due to cleanliness and basic comfort issues. The bathroom was the biggest problem—it clearly needed deep cleaning. We had to kill at least three cockroaches during our stay. The toiletries were only half-filled, and there was no shower gel provided. There was also no proper place to keep basic items like a toothbrush. Hot water came only intermittently, which was frustrating. The bathroom ceiling was very low with no ventilation or exhaust, making it feel suffocating. The sand-frosted bathroom door offered little privacy, and the flush started malfunctioning by the second day.
The room itself was quite small for three people, and the rug was dirty. The staff was also not very accommodating; we requested an extra blanket and towel but were not provided with either. Breakfast was average at best, and surprisingly, coffee was not included in the tea tray in the room.
Access to the hotel is another drawback, as it is located in a narrow back alley that is difficult for cars to reach.
