L'emplacement , la possibilité de prendre une douche avant mon départ dans une salle de bain commune.

Ne correspond pas aux photos, ça a l'air très beau mais en réalité c'est très mal fait , aucune isolation, j'ai été réveillée puis dérangée tout le matin par les portes qui claques et les gens qui parlent, un chien d'un client qui a aboyé pendant très longtemps, c'était sale, la piscine était sale, mes draps avec des traces noires, des cheveux , 3 transats, la personne qui m'a accueilli désagréable, le lendemain pareil, il me faisait des signes avec les mains pour me dire quoi faire pendant qu'il parlait au téléphone comme si j'étais un chien

Pros:

It was a surprise that they gave me an upgrade with a bigger room includes a bathtub in the balcony. The room is comfortable and the hotel has nice ambiance. The staff is very friendly and surprises me every morning with cute animals made by towels, thanks Eka, WiDi, Heru, Oewa, Leong. :)

房間潮濕 冷氣太冷 我朋友住的那間根本就是壞掉 好再給我們換房間

Good experience, will be back.
Pros:

Staff always catered to my needs.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better, eggs were not included or certain extra fruits like bananas. I paid extra, its all good but it should be included in the buffet.
