Amazing hotel, great location, staff and restaurant ❤️
Pros:

had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The facilities are amazing and everything feels very well maintained and high quality.

The location is perfect, with everything conveniently close by. The staff were always very friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

It’s ok / decent
Pros:

Location was close to shops, bed was comfy, the AC was very good and powerful, friendly staff, decent food, smart samgsung tv

Cons:

Shower head was broken, the hotel is in a tight road so makes it hard for taxis to come in and also near by there is a construction site going on so this was not good. Shower head was broken. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options, I asked for runny eggs and they were over cooked.

Overall I'm very happy with my stay.
Pros:

The staff especially the restaurant staff were super nice. The food was really good at the restaurant as well.

Cons:

I had to get ready to go to the airport, so took a shower at 3:30am - but the water was cold. All the other times the water was hot though, so maybe the staff can just have a look at that.
