Very good, great staff and very welcoming
Pros:

The location is great, near everything and you can easily find the shops you want and get stuff delivered, staff were really friendly.

Cons:

The room was similar to a dorm room, the bed was very clean and comfortable but the bathroom was the issue, the bathroom seat was in a bad condition and smelly, and they need to take care of the cleanliness of the wood and bed frame

Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location, shops and restaurants all with in walking range. Clean and tidy hotel, all their staff were amazing and welcoming. Big shout out to the lady at the bar section can’t remember her name but she knows who she is. Very friendly and always initiated a conversation.

Dicht bij zee

Kamer kon niet afgesloten worden van buiten waar de muggen niet erg vonden. Het uitzicht van het balkon werd geblokkeerd door een muur van 2 m hoog

Pros:

the staff always in smiley faces. check in and out process were smooth and quick

Cons:

The hotel needs to significantly improve its housekeeping standards. Our room was still messy after being "cleaned," towels were not replaced every day, and not all the towels were replaced to make it clear. And we had to deal with a lot of mosquitoes inside the room throughout our stay. I hope management addresses these hygiene and service issues.
