Lovely short stay, staff friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Room was lovely and clean, the balcony was a nice place to relax, staff were very friendly and helpful and always smiling. They provided umbrellas which was a bonus.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit underrated and the pool was not clean.

I don’t have much positive feedback for this place at all.

Cons:

The property wasn’t nice at all, it had ducted air conditioning that didn’t work, the room was absolutely fithy dirty, the water that was coming out of the shower was very bad smelling, staff weren’t very helpful at all, over all I don’t have much positive feedback for this place at all.

Amazing stylish hotel with super food and staff
Pros:

Very stylsh hotel in a nice comfortable no expensive area. Amazing breakfast with a big choice and besides the huge buffet also daily extras included. The staff is amazing, especially Randi and all the girls at the restaurant/bar and Yuddi at the reception. I also recommend the massages at the hotel's own spa. Next time I'll stay again at this beautiful hotel where you feel very comfortable also when travelling on your own. Top choice for Bali!😊🙏🏻

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The pool is sparkling blue. Don't let the narrow alley fool you, once you step inside, this place is a total sanctuary. It's a hidden gem that offers great value.

Pros:

Room & location is great. And the staff were very hospitable & helpful!!

Cons:

All of the above were great except on my first night I did not sleep until they oved me to another room due to the noise coming from the room next to me.
