Cons:

Meals were a let down. The lack of thoughtfulness around meals for guests who are vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant, and gluten intolerant etc was a huge let down.

Coffee machine: Breakfast was not the same without coffee.
Please consider having a coffee machine (from coffee beans to freshly brewed coffee). You need to offer espressos, lattes, cappuccino's etc...it was my GREATEST disappointment and the reason I would NOT return or recommend it - the lack of a coffee machine and consideration for non traditional meals.

Pros:

The room and the grounds were great. I was so relaxed.

The staff. I think because it was New Year's they were more focused on the restaurant then the staying guests

We would loove to come back for a longer stay

The breakfast was well made and served in the room very thoughtful with the chilly morning

Cons:

My shower was not working,had to shift to another room for the same ,,the staff were responsive and helpful and also quick to respond which made it efficient for us

Beautiful place but needs sprucing up and professionalism
Pros:

The place is close to Nairobi about 40mins from Westlands and easy to get to. They have beautiful grounds and the staff are helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are a chilly as the area generally experiences cold temperatures. We were promised heaters but got none and it turned out they are not working. The heater was also faulty and shower was cold and only got to know when checking out after they kept saying it’s being checked. The dinner was below par in quality given the price. We left one untouched.

Pros:

The quiet and trees. Green well kept gardens. The staff were very friendly. There was a good selection of food and one could request food that was specific to dietary needs. This was an away from home to home. Great stay for family.
