Elevator was broken. Room was not clean

It was dirty,the door didn’t close properly. We asked for a refund and they have said no which don’t understand why as it was disgraceful

My toilet wouldn’t flush Tv wouldn’t work I was furious and had no other options I tried to ring booking.com no answer I was absolutely disgusted with the place it was like a safe house for offenders released from prison I want my money back or a free good hotel for my next stay in the city which I go a lot I was in Dundee 5 days before absolutely beautiful hotel the staff where amazing your pictures online for the citi hotel are fraud and a lie you should be ashamed even posting that hotel and I had to cancel my date with my lady because it was so disgusting

You get what you pay for. Dont expect the hilton for the price you pay
It is what it is. No frills. I was in room 102. If it was weekend, directly looked upon the nightclub opposite so noise would be an issue
The fact it was in Aberdeen centre and close to local bars.
Almost everything, the beds and towels were stained, furniture broken, whole room from top to bottom dirty even featuring a dead fly hanging from a spiders web on the roof. Little to no conversation with staff which isnt very welcoming at all. Windows were very dirty and a horrible stench of marajuana. All in all the place should be foreclosed.

Everything. The reception area, carpets disgusting, dirt up the walls in rooms. Couldn’t go into bathroom because it stank. The place should be closed down.

Not much room warm bed ok, clean sheets and duvet cover ,
Very dated , walls carpets very dirty , too hot in room radiator would not turn down , bedside lamps bulbs not working no ceiling light needs a good clean and repaint everywhere , stair banters very dirty , lift broken , windows open would not close , but has secondary glazing , in bathroom other buildings can see into bathroom as outside window would not close , left the hotel very early morning 6.40am to get first bus home walls in bedroom all covers in marks and stains .
I liked the size of the room, it was amazing!
I couldn’t make it in and with aberdeens white out they still charged terms are fair common sense is fairer
