Everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping services provided extra little amenities we needed and were very pleasant to interact with. Breakfast with Lori every morning was fantastic as well! The hotel has a very warm and friendly feeling, and it was great for the 4 nights we stayed!

Very nice overnight stay during a cross country move. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Lori in dining kept all the complimentary breakfast fresh and filled. There were great options for food including a fresh cheese omelet and biscuits and gravy aside the regular foods. There was also the choice of oatmilk for coffee which was a nice touch for those with a dairy allergy!

I've been a loyal Marriott customer for years and spend approximately 75% of the year traveling. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Shana and Alexis for the exceptional customer service i received during my stay at the Fairfield Inn in Kenosha. I arrived tired and preparing for a family gathering the next morning. From the moment i walked through the door, I was greeted with warm, genuine smiles that immediately made me feel welcome. Shana and Alexis went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their willingness to help, attention to detail, and commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience truly set them apart. Because of the exceptional service they provided, i will absolutely choose this Fairfield Inn again whenever I come see my family. The breakfast was great!

The breakfast staff were very professional. 'Lori' was pleasant and willing to help us where it was needed. Always making sure that everything was replenished. I think she is a great worker for Fairfield.

The breakfast buffet is exceptional. Clean and friendly.

Breakfast food was great! Lori was attentive and kind. Alexis at the front desk was cheery abs helpful. She brought blankets up upon request. Hotel is very clean. Overall a wonderful stay.

The front staff (Alexis) was very kind and helpful. The morning breakfast was perfect. Lori did a wonderful job. Usually my kids won’t eat the morning breakfast, but this time it was different, they all loved it. The whole property was very clean and well kept.

The morning breakfast, which comes complementary with the room, was a pleasant surprise! I stay at a lot of Marriott hotels, and sometimes the food selection and qualityleave something to be desired. Everything at this location was clean, hot, and delicious. The attendant that service the room did a great job. She never ran out of coffee, which is really important, and she cut up fresh fruit every morning did a great job! Highly recommended on this alone!

Unethical manager, doesn't return phone calls, zero customer service, overpriced, I highly encourage you to stay somewhere else.

Clean hotel but what was really nice. was the staff. Everyone was super friendly. A special call out to Santana for checking us in during a busy time with a smile. She also processed the late checkout without acting like it’s a bother.
