When traveling with pets, please note that an Extra Charge of 12€ per dog/per night, and a 25€ Cleaning fee per stay applies. The property can only accept dogs with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets are only allowed to stay in the Double Room. Accommodations with pets does include 1 Eco Water Bowl (1000 ml)/1 Eco Food Bowl (750 ml)/15 Biodegradable Bags/1 Bag Dispenser/1 Bag of Healthy Snacks/1 Play Ball or water bowl.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.

We do not have our own parking, but if you wish you can park in the "Las Descalzas" car park (Plaza de las Descalzas s/n), which is the closest to our property.

we chose the hotel for location/price

Cons:

terrible coffee and no real butter, only margarine, otherwise modest, adequate breakfast.
no need to change big bath towels every day as default

Pros:

Excelente hotel con muy buena ubicación. Las habitaciones son limpias, con una cama y almohadas muy cómodas.
Desayunos de calidad con bollería fresca, y además hay muy buenos restaurantes y bares cerca.

Struttura centralissima, in zona ben servita e dotata di tutti i servizi. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, la stanza era comoda e spaziosa, pulita e tenuta benissimo. Letto spazioso e comodo, cuscini abbastanza buoni. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma la sala sembrava spaziosa e ben organizzata. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno a Madrid, se torneremo soggiorneremo nuovamente qui.

Nos dieron una habitación apta para minusválidos, con el baño bastante amplio, pero al no tener mampara en la ducha el agua llega casi a la cama…
Las instalaciones y el mobiliario en general están bastante deteriorados tanto en zonas comunes como en la habitación.

My go-to Madrid hotel!
Pros:

Lovely staff who couldn't do enough for us, wonderful breakfast, really great design, and a quiet but still central location. Excellent room, nice size even for a standard room, well soundproofed, I would absolutely stay again.
