When travelling with pets, please note that an Extra Charge of 12€ per dog/per night, and a 25€ Cleaning fee per stay applies. The property can only accept dogs with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets are only allowed to stay in the Double Room. Accommodation with pets does include 1 Eco Water Bowl (1000 ml)/1 Eco Food Bowl (750 ml)/15 Biodegradable Bags/1 Bag Dispenser/1 Bag of Healthy Snacks/1 Play Ball or water bowl.
Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.
We do not have our own parking, but if you wish you can park in the "Las Descalzas" car park (Plaza de las Descalzas s/n), which is the closest to our property.

I have been in Madrid several times and this is the best place I have stayed in. Perfect in every detail. We will be back soon.

The property is in an excellent position, centrally located and near to restaurants and attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean.
The rooms are very small. We were staying 3 nights (away for 12) and could not unpack due to small hanging/shelf space. It was difficult to place the 2 suitcases open in the room. We asked for 2 extra pillows each day, but they don’t have any extra. I have various dietary intolerances (informed them in advance) and they could not cater for me. I had to buy my own breakfast. So basically I paid full breakfast price for some melon, hot water for tea and utensils. No offer of a refund.

Solamente cuando hemos llegado, mi hija estaba un poco con amigdalitis y hemos pedido al personal si se puede coger alguna habitación antes de la 14 , pero fue imposible!

That my reservation came thru as childbwas under 1 and we're denied to stay because they had no more rooms and would have needed to get 12 yr old child their own room.
Do not get discouraged by the next sentence and keep reading. The taxi we booked from the airport to the hotel, was not sure where this was as we got there, as there is no sign I believe... looks more like an apartment from the outside, but it does have a reception once you go in, and we loved our stay here. On an isolated block but incredibly close to a lot of great restaurants, centrally located, shopping, small convenience stores for basic stuff, friendly and helpful front desk, room was the biggest from the three we stayed in during our trip, and beautiful bathroom gets a big plus. A small window with limited view, but a nice one. Comfortable bed with multiple pillows, even a tiny gym on the basement, that while far from what you could get in other cities/fancy hotels, a nice addition and we really enjoyed our stay.

La pulizia delle camere e del bagno lasciava molto a desiderare.
Al nostro arrivo sulle lenzuola del letto c’erano dei peli e un grosso buco, lo abbiamo segnalato al personale della reception che dopo qualche ora ci ha consegnato delle lenzuola pulite.
La colazione era striminzita e per quanto riguarda la sezione dei dolci erano tutti prodotti surgelati serviti ancora freddi e spettava a noi provvedere a riscaldarli sulla piastra del forno.
Die zentrale Lage war perfekt für einen kurzen Städteurlaub.
Die Frühstücksauswahl war mäßig. Eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Müslis wäre eine Bereicherung. Außerdem fehlten beim Fernsehprogramm eine Auswahl an deutschen Sendern.
