When traveling with pets, please note that an Extra Charge of 12€ per dog/per night, and a 25€ Cleaning fee per stay applies. The property can only accept dogs with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets are only allowed to stay in the Double Room. Accommodations with pets does include 1 Eco Water Bowl (1000 ml)/1 Eco Food Bowl (750 ml)/15 Biodegradable Bags/1 Bag Dispenser/1 Bag of Healthy Snacks/1 Play Ball or water bowl.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.

We do not have our own parking, but if you wish you can park in the "Las Descalzas" car park (Plaza de las Descalzas s/n), which is the closest to our property.

Bra läge & helt OK hotell, men inte den kvalitet som vi hade förväntat oss från bilder och prisbild.
Pros:

Mycket trevlig frukostpersonal, frukosten hade färsk frukt. Låg nära turistplatser. Rummen hade möjlighet till mörkläggning av fönster. Trevlig inredning utseendemässigt.

Cons:

Första rummet luktade kraftigt från avlopp och var väldigt litet och mörkt på gatunivå precis vid restauranger varför det kändes nödvändigt att ha fördragna gardiner. Mycket ljud ifrån avloppsledning och ljud från andra rum, korridor såväl som utomhus.
På grund av avloppslukt fick vi byta rum till fjärde våningen. Där var bra storlek på rummet, två fönster och mindre störande ljud, men toaletten hade tydlig mögeldoft ifrån ventilationen.
Fanns schampo och tvål men inget balsam.

Pros:

Zeer verzorgde, nette kamer. Mooi en efficiënt ingericht, kluis en mini ijskast op de kamer, alsook koffie. Badkamer is ruim met voldoende plaats voor je spullen.
Ondanks het hotel in het centrum ligt, zijn de kamers zeer rustig en stil dankzij de goede isolatie.

Cons:

Blijkbaar schakelt men het aircosysteem pas in vanaf een bepaalde maand. Wij waren in april met 27° en konden nog geen gebruik maken van de airco. Jammer.

Estadia foi boa.
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado no centro histórico de Madri, próximo das principais atrações, lojas e restaurantes. O café da manhã é bom, não tem uma grande variedade de opções, mas permite uma boa refeição. O quarto que ficamos é confortável, mas não gostei da porta do banheiro ser de vidro, o que não permitia o quarto ficar muito escuro.

Cons:

Não gostei do hotel não ter disponibilizado o berço para minha bebê. Durante a estadia tentamos pedir para que disponibilizassem um berço, mas não foi possível em nenhum momento. Outro ponto, foi a questão da limpeza dos quartos que demorava muito para ser realizada, tendo ocorrido de retornarmos ao hotel por volta das 15h e o quarto não ter sido limpo, o que foi uma experiência bem ruim dado que estava com uma bebê pequena.

Cons:

Pokoje wymagają gruntownego remontu. Wszystkie ściany brudne z różnymi plamami. Pokój w cenie 1000zł/noc powinien mieć czystość i standard na conajmniej 4/5 niestety tutaj zostawiam tylko 2.
