When travelling with pets, please note that an Extra Charge of 12€ per dog/per night, and a 25€ Cleaning fee per stay applies. The property can only accept dogs with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets are only allowed to stay in the Double Room. Accommodation with pets does include 1 Eco Water Bowl (1000 ml)/1 Eco Food Bowl (750 ml)/15 Biodegradable Bags/1 Bag Dispenser/1 Bag of Healthy Snacks/1 Play Ball or water bowl.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.

We do not have our own parking, but if you wish you can park in the "Las Descalzas" car park (Plaza de las Descalzas s/n), which is the closest to our property.

Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations.

Luggage storage is available for up to 12 hours after check-out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great location for a city break.
Pros:

The hotel location is very good with great proximity to the city centre and easy walking distance to a few Metro stations for exploring further afield. Breakfast is basic but adequate. All staff are friendly and helpful.

Pros:

La atención es increíble , atentos, dispuestos a ayudar y orientar, súper buena disposición amables, se pasaron! Moises en recepción un encanto de persona. Es un hotel súper bien ubicado, cerca de todo, restaurantes, tiendas,metro y taxis, incluso podíamos ir caminando a los lugares más importantes. Las piezas. Super cómodas, con balconcito, aire acondicionado y frigobar, súper limpio y linda decoración. El desayuno tipo buffet perfecto. Un acierto!! Volvería totalmente.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. In der Nähe hat es viel einkaufsmöglichkeiten Sehenwürdigkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer sah auf den Fotos sehr viel besser aus. Das Bad ist etwas heruntergekommen. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss und uns konnten alle Passagiere ins Zimmer kucken, wenn wir die Läden und Vorhänge offen hatten. Zudem haben wir für den Hund ziemlich viel extra bezahlt und es gab weder ein Bett für den Hund noch ein Futternapf, was jedoch bei der Buchung stand. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für uns nicht stimmig.

Ubicación y trato muy buenos, pero precio excesivo

Cons:

La relación calidad-precio no se corresponde en absoluto, El hotel es correcto, pero 162€ una noche sin desayuno no me parece adecuado para la calidad de la habitación.
