When travelling with pets, please note that an Extra Charge of 12€ per dog/per night, and a 25€ Cleaning fee per stay applies. The property can only accept dogs with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Pets are only allowed to stay in the Double Room. Accommodation with pets does include 1 Eco Water Bowl (1000 ml)/1 Eco Food Bowl (750 ml)/15 Biodegradable Bags/1 Bag Dispenser/1 Bag of Healthy Snacks/1 Play Ball or water bowl.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.

We do not have our own parking, but if you wish you can park in the "Las Descalzas" car park (Plaza de las Descalzas s/n), which is the closest to our property.

Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations.

Luggage storage is available for up to 12 hours after check-out.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Dormimos bem e estavamos numa localização muito central que nos permitiu fazer tudo a pé.

Localização muito boa. Viajamos em família e deram-nos uma cama para criança/toddler. Quarto limpo e arrumado, com máquina de café e chá que é sempre muito agradável.

Cons:

Na pesquisa da Booking.com este hotel apareceu como tendo estacionamento. Quando chegámos foi-nos dito que afinal não tinham parking próprio só um acordo com um estacionamento bem perto, que mesmo assim era de 30€ / dia. Além disso, o quarto era pequeno.

O café da manhã é OK, sem muitas opções. Tem o básico, porém não compensa para o preço cobrado (17 euros).

Prima, ik zou er weer boeken.
Pros:

Leuke inrichting, goede airco, fijne badkamer en bed.

Cons:

De ontbijtruimte is wat klein dus het was op spitsuren soms wat druk en moest je even zoeken naar een plekje.

Hotel con ubicación estrategica en Madrid.
Pros:

La ubicación estrategica, que te permite recorrer la ciudad a pie. El muchacho de recepción super amable.

Cons:

El personal de limpieza era ruidoso, no en si por el ruido de limpiar, si no que se comunicaban a los gritos entre ellas. Esto se lo comenté a la persona de recepción, ya que me pareció algo importante para mejorar y fue muy bien recibida la crítica constructiva.

Отель расположен в самом центре города в узком переулке. Отсюда и проблемы с его поиском. Мы долго крутились на автомобиле по центру. Навигатор показывает проезд под кирпич. С трудом нашли. Вывеска такая маленькая, что ее трудно заметить.

Уборка могла быть лучше.
Очень скромный завтрак.

Hotel in ottima poposizione e molto pulito
la stanza grande comoda peccato che quella che avevo io ero nel piano ammezzato e dava alla strada ed era molto rumorosa. meglio un piano alto
