Pros:

L'emplacement et le personnel très agréable.

Cons:

La salle de bains mériterait d'être un peu rafraîchie. Difficile de regler l'eau chaude/ eau froide lors des douches.

Pros:

Perfect location near the Callao metro station and Gran Vía. You can also walk to Puerta del Sol in under 10 minutes. From there, you can travel to and from the airport by train in 45 minutes for only €2.60 each way.

A nice room in itself, but showing significant signs of wear and tear. The bathtub plug was missing, and unfortunately, the reception had no solution for this either; they offered nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet is at € 17 per person relatively expensive. Nearby, there are many places where you can enjoy a Spanish breakfast for much less money.
