We loved our stay it is a beautiful hotel
Pros:

We loved our room and the Turkish design and whilst the old town is touristy the location is in a quiet area close to the main sights

Cons:

We loved the garden area but the bar staff need to improve alot, service is very slow and a shame the fitness centre was closed

Pros:

The room and hotel overall is very beautiful and in the best spot in Istanbul. The staff was very helpful. Serkan and the team were always supporting from check in process until helping with ordering a taxi to the airport. We also enjoyed amazing Turkish breakfast in the morning. We will definitely come back!

Brilliant location , exceptional staff, fantastic facilities, fabulous food.

Absolutely everything! We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a suite … it was fabulous

The location, the kindness of the staff especially Ceren. Breakfast options are good and the online communication to request anything is really helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are on the main Tram line so can be noisy, but not take away from the location which is close to all Sultanhamet tourist attractions and close was to tram.

Excellent and highly recommended.
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying at the historical center, hotel is practically next to TOPKAPI palace. Staff were very very helpfull and ready to assist with everything. Tour guide and airport transfer were organized for us.

Cons:

Location was very important to us, we wanted to see the historical center. Hotel located in the area where you can see all you need and avoid transportation.

Pros:

This is absolutely the closest hotel to the Sultanahmet area, the room was large and the bathroom was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew was first rate.

Cons:

The call to prayer was SUPER LOUD because we were very close to the 2 large mosques.. And despite the 'best available room' promise, we were in a 3rd floor walk-up with a severely obstructed view when the hotel was not all that full. The airport transfer was also difficult because they have to meet you outside the no car zone.

A simpatia dos funcionários, a hospitalidade e a atenção ao detalhe são excecionais. É como uma casa longe de casa. A localização é perfeita, no coração da cidade antiga, ao lado da Hagia Sofia e a poucos metros da Mesquita Azul e praça Sultan Ahmet. Pequeno-almoço muito bom, principalmente o típico pequeno-almoço turco. Adorámos a nossa estadia e recomendamos para quem visite Istambul.

Cons:

É pena a piscina e o spa não estarem disponíveis, mas em alternativa oferecem uso gratuito da piscina de outro hotel a 15 mins de distância.
