Pros:

El hotel se está cayendo. No tenía nada de lo que dice la página. No tenía agua en mi baño y mi ventilador no servía. Las toallas y sábanas estaban rotas. Decía q el check in era a las 12 y me hicieron esperar hasta las 3 pero el check out si fue a las doce. Todo mal pero ya no pude conseguir otro hotel porque era semana de vacaciones.

Que triste es que uno haga su reservación y cuando llegues no haya nada, y tenga que buscar otras opciones por qué el personal no te agendo y con prepotencia te díga "pues no tengo tu habitación y tengo todo lleno, así que pues busca en otro por qué yo no puedo hacer nada"

Al llegar al lugar no tenía disponibilidad ya que el dueño jamás actualizó sus habitaciones disponibles. Y el chico encargado quiso darnos la atención y al ver las habitaciones son tan denigrantes y sucios los espacios que jamás regresaría porque tuve que buscar en medio de la nada donde poder quedarme

Peor que hotel de paso, baño sin tapa, el internet no funciona, la base de cama es una plancha de concreto, sin buró, la alberca está a la mitad y sucia, los muros descarapelados, no nos quedamos, pedí cancelación y no me han devuelto mi dinero
