Kyriad Prestige Hôtel and Spa, Amiens Nord

Easy parking. Fantastic staff. Good gym. Great room, very spacious. Fabulous restaurant with delicious food. Would stay again!

What a superb location. The staff on the front desk were super helpful. The express breakfast was just what we needed and having water bottles to fill and take to your room, thus saving plastic is a fabulous idea. Other hotels should follow your lead.

Nombreux restaurant à moins de 15min, accessibles en transports mais une voiture c’est mieux si on souhaite visiter les villes alentour.

Helt okay hotell, rent och de man behöver på ett hotellrum. Bra frukost.

Le séjour a été fantastique.

Il manquait des serviettes et pas de savonnette ni de savon pour la douche ….. pas de meuble pour ranger les affaires

On est venu pour passé un WE sans enfants pour se détendre au spa, sauna et faire du sport…et on découvre le spa est hors service et le gym est un four…un service quasi inexistant…la chambre peu confortable …un lit très dur..la TV ne marchait pas bien…pas de frigo…la salle de bain très bien par contre mais sans accessoires de bain…(brosse à dents , dentifrice, rasoir, crème hydratante) rien de rien…et un petit déjeuné très simple très peu adapté pour ceux qui nous sommes végétariens…bref très décevant pour un hôtel qui s’appelle prestige et est un 4 étoiles…

Attention le spa n'est plus fonctionnel depuis ce jour, 12 juillet 2025 (a priori), sans être prévenu alors que c'est ce service qui nous a fait choisir cet hôtel.

They say first impressions count...

I chose the Kyriad in Poulainville based on the hotels proximity to Amiens.

When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention.

As this was a Road Trip, I had a number of bags and asked if a luggage trolley was available to be told not by the chap on the front desk. (See final words)

We were then told the restaurant next door was closed but food was available to be ordered and either delivered to the hotel breakfast area or the room.

The Breakfast Buffet was good, although attention to small details could have been better. Refilling of food items was slow and I had to ask for support. Nice to see Smoked Salmon as an option to Sausages and Bacon available.

The room was excellent although I had booked a room with walk in shower and corner bathtub.

Pillow choice was also good between traditional soft and firmer memory foam.

The TV only had limited stations and no International channels worked,

On Check-Out the receptionist was more on the ball.

He advised in fact that a luggage trolley was available but at this time I had already moved the bags to the car as taking a number of trips.

City Tax was requested upon Check Out which was unusual in France as normally requested upon Check-In

So the question I always ask myself, would I stay here again? Undecided...

The Room was Excellent, The Service was a mixed bag...

Receptionist was ver pleasant. Rooms are fresh and bright with good facilities and comfortable beds. Good shower easy parking

Le petit dejeuner est inclus dans ma reservation, ils m'ont fait le payer en arrivant. Quand j'ai demande a la reception, ils m'ont dit qu'il faut appeler quand le manager sera là parce que les receptionistes ne peuvent pas rembourser. Donc j'espere que demain, ils ne feront pas les morts. Space wellness payant le weekend (55€p/p) et les massages proposés ne sont pas vraiment proposés..."ils ne le font plus". Un peu decevant a ce niveau là. En revanche, un super receptioniste de nuit. Super attentionnée, agreable et cultivé (il nous a servi au bar) et les lits sont confortables.

Personnel très agréable e très attentif.
La qualité de la prestation est excellente.
On a bien été reçu.

L'établissement m'a annulé ma réservation quelques jours avant mon séjour et m'a mise dans un autre établissement pas du tout du même standing. Ma réservation avait été faite 2 mois auparavant. Tout ça pour le même prix puisque le séjour a été payé à Expedia et que l'hôtel de remplacement ne m'a rien fait payé. J'ai essayé d'appeler 3 fois pour avoir des explications. On m'a dit qu'on allait me rappeler et je n'ai au aucun appel et donc aucune explication.

Séjour très bref d'une seule nuit avec petit déjeuner compris, prix correct, accueil formidable. Tout s'est bien passé

Très bien . Chambre et lit très confortables.

Nice stay, 10 mins drive to Amiens. Breakfast was quite basic, didn’t use the restaurant.
