Pros:

Hotel moderno. Cogimos habitación con vistas al mar que lo que significa es que te ponen del piso 4 para arriba. Un día nos invitaron a 1h de barra libre en el bar del hotel. Súper amables, dispuestos a ayudar.

Een goed verblijf in Langkawi
Pros:

Een erg net hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een kamer met zeezicht. De massage bij de spa was erg goed en professioneel. Qua locatie zit je dicht in de buurt van allerlei restaurants en eem rustig strand.

Cons:

Er waren niet zoveel parasols bij de bedjes van het zwembad waardoor er weinig schaduwplekken waren. Het hotel is ook redelijk gehorig, je hoort regelmatig de stoelen schrapen van de buren.

The place to be in Langkawi!
Pros:

We liked everything! I've been to many different hotels but this hotel was the best so far. Not only was breakfast great, swimmingpool was super, but also all the staff and service. My whole family loved the staff, every one was so nice, they were all friendly and helpful. We would like to thank them for everything. We will definitely come to your hotel if we visit Langkawi again!!

понравилась инфраструктура отеля. Останавливались на одну ночь перед вылетом с острова.
очень разнообразные завтраки! есть китайская, индийская, европейская кухня. ночью играли в бильярд, примечательно что бассейн работает до 23 часов!

Cons:

далеко от магазинов дьюти фри! до пантай ченанг идти пешком минут 20. Заселили ближе к 16 часам

Pros:

La camera grande e, nonostante avessi prenotato vista giardino, alla fine mi è stata data vista mare. Tramonto spettacolare direttamente dalla camera.

Era pulita, alcuni dettagli migliorabili però tutto sommato andava bene.

Nonostante dietro la porta della stanza ci sia la giungla, dentro la camera non ho visto scarafaggi.

Cons:

Parlo da paranoica e terrorizzata dagli insetti. Non ne ho trovati in camera ma secondo me andrebbero migliorati gli infissi. Sotto la porta c’è chiaramente una fessura, da cui potrebbe passare la qualunque.
Io ho creato una barriera 😅, però diciamo che è l’unico dettaglio che non mi ha fatto stare serena al 100%

Did not meet expectation of a Marriott property

The location was okay

Cons:

Upon check in the room was not cleaned properly, the carpet was not vacuummed and the bath towel were in bad condition, it was old and thin. After complaining it was changed to a better one. When we ordered for room service, it was done via QR code which was fine but they said they were going to call to confirm the order in 10 minutes. They called after 40 minutes to inform us they had a glitch with their system which is unacceptable for a 4/5 star hotel.
