From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Un séjour détente à Langkawi
Pros:

Hôtel moderne, très confortable, personnel agréable, à l’écoute de vos demandes et aux petits soins.
La chambre était spacieuse, propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours.
La piscine est calme, propre, toujours de la place sur les transats. Snacking, boissons et restauration à prix convenables.
Le petit déjeuner très complet, varié et bon; Il manquait juste le jus de fruits frais plutôt qu’industriel.
L’hôtel est à 200m de la plage avec voiturette à disposition si besoin. La plage est belle, plutôt propre comparée à quelques pas plus loin mais présence de grosses méduses qui ont freiné notre baignade (mais ça ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel)!

Great Service and Food
Pros:

The hotel is well situated in a quieter part of the island. The facilities is great and the staff is awesome. They are helpful and fast to response. The breakfast section is good and the dinner is worth it with a live band. I must say the band is really really good and we sat through the night during the dinner time.

Great breakfast and infinity pool. Large rooms
Pros:

Great infinity pool. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms spacious with everything you might need. Staff very attentive.

Cons:

We were initially placed in a rainforest room directly under the restaurant. It was incredibly noisy with chairs moving/people walking etc especially at breakfast. We asked to change rooms to a different location, the staff were very helpful and moved us to a much quieter location.
Room service left over plates/cutlery/old uneaten food left outside rooms for multiple days. When we arrived our room had plates outside from previous customer, and it stayed there until late next day.
Would be nice if they had some tables/loungers/shade available at a spot on the beach. Gets very hot, definitely need to make use of the gold cart to get there at back from hotel.
