Pros:

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. It even had a filtered water tap in the bathroom so you didn't need to use bottled water. We have stayed in 5 star hotels that don't have that. Best of all were the staff. Always cheerful and welcoming. Showed interest in us and made us feel really special. There are too many to name individually but all of them were fantastic.
It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and they decorated our room and gave us a gift of bathrobes with our names on. Such a lovely touch.
We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Langkawi.

إقامة كابوسية من ناحية النظافة... والمكان لا يصلح أبداً للإقامة أو الراحة.
Pros:

بصراحة، كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال وصادمة بكل معنى الكلمة. النظافة سيئة جداً ولا ترتقي لأدنى المعايير؛ المفارش والأغطية والوسائد كانت مليئة بالبقع والأوساخ الواضحة، وحتى السجاد كان غير نظيف ويحتوي على أوساخ ملحوظة.
الوضع كان سيئاً لدرجة أننا لم نستطع النوم على مفارش الفندق واضطررنا لاستخدام أغطية خارجية لحماية أنفسنا! من المحزن جداً أن نرى هذا المستوى المتدني من العناية والنظافة في فندق من مفترض أن يكون راقياً.

Cons:

مع الأسف، سوء النظافة وعدم الراحة غطى على أي إيجابية، والميزة الوحيدة بالنسبة لنا كانت لحظة الخروج والانتقال لمكان أنظف وأكثر راحة.

Agradable lugar para quedarse en lankawi tomar habitación en pisos altos para apreciar la vista
Pros:

Muy limpio, buen gimnasio, está en una playa con vista paradisíaca, no tan concurrida

Cons:

Cerca de la playa desemboca un caño con mal olor después verlo no volví a entrar al agua

Dejan unos puff muy grandes en la habitación que ocupan espacio y no hace mucho sentido

El personal de recepción no habla buen inglés

Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel super sympathique et en particulier ceux du restaurant, l'endroit est magnifique.

Cons:

On a pas aimé, le fait que l'hôtel Aloft ne dispose pas de transats et de parasols sur la plage.

Mooi hotel waar je aantal fijne nachten kan hebben
Pros:

Heerlijke kamer met een heel fijn bed. Ontbijt was lekker en een mooi zwembad

Cons:

Het betalingssysteem in het hotel. Werden vaak fouten in gemaakt of per ongeluk gevraagd of we het nog een keer wilde afrekenen.

Pros:

The room is quite spacious...the bed is comfortable. The view is excellent. Clean bedding and towels. Lighting's and nite is also good not dimmed like some hotels

Cons:

We were disappointed because the hotel does not have its own beach and we have to cross the road to get to the beach although the hotel do provide buggy services.
Our first impression of the lobby and reception area is not that impressive but we got used to it after a while.
The quality of the breakfast can be improved. The scrambled egg and omelette were overdone and dry. The butter shud come in individual packs but instead it's lumped in bowls and looked more like margarine.

Pros:

Ottima colazione con davvero tantissima scelta tra dolce, salato e cucina orientale, bellissima piscina e spazi comuni accoglienti, con biliardo e giochi da tavolo. Ottimo anche il servizio buggy da e per la spiaggia, nonostante si trovi a meno di 5 min. a piedi. Possibilità di mangiare qualcosa a tutte le ore del giorno, da italiana posso dire che la pizza era davvero buona! Super consigliato!
