From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

الفندق اربع نجوم ومناسب للعوائل ويقع على شارع رئيسي فيه العديد من المطاعم والمحلات وايضا قريب من الشاطئ بإستخدام خدمة العربات الخفيفة. وافطاره منوع ومناسب.
للاسف تصميم خزينة الملابس ومايتعلق بها غريب جدا وغير مناسب حيث انها تقع كجزء من دورة المياه وكان المفروض العكس.
الغرف لم تكن جاهزة عند الوصول وانتظرنا اكثر من ساعة وايضا عند الخروج لم يأتى احد لنقل الشنط معنا.
The room was very clean, and the sea view was amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the à la carte dinner offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and delightful throughout our stay.
There weren't enough beach chairs and umbrellas, and there weren't any lounges. I expected the beach to be better equipped with amenities for a large hotel like Aloft.
We loved everything..they gave us a room upgrade with the most beautiful sea view.. the staff were extremely helpful and were always smiling … the food was always exceptional with plenty of options at breakfast… they had happy hour everyday😍… we also appreciated the games by the lobby, we always looked forward to the evenings… special thanks goes out to Charles the waiter at the bar by the pool ….. it’s a great value for your money.. not forget it’s a walkable distance to the beach and is in a safe neighborhood for night walks
