The location is good and close to the main attraction, and we wanted to thank the jilbab lady and the Indian-looking lady who were very helpful and kind when we asked for directions!
However, the other staff’s customer service is terrible. The check-in process was a pain, and the Malay woman at the check-in counter wasn’t friendly at all. The other Malay woman who works at the front desk every morning is the worst, very rude and unhelpful. I don’t know how someone like her ended up in customer service.
Overall its good and i like it The room is clean
Only things that i felt a bit diffcult when one card/key provided .When i bump to the situation that my son fall asleep i cannot go out if i go out m afraid if he cannot wake up to open the door . I try to get a extra card but they said the hotel only provide one card

Good and simple stay in center of the city
Terrible nothing except for the location
The most terrible experience with this hotel. Even after multiple requests from almost a month for early check in as we were checking out early as well, the receptionist was extremely non considerate and rude. The room was so small as compared to the photos on the website. The AC was not working and even after complaining the technician said the AC will take one hour to cool the room and by that time we would need to leave. The towels provided had hairs on it extremely unhygienic.
