SUNFLOWER CBQ HOTEL

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also not too be overlooked. The beef salad is sensational. The bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower and at 6'6", it was a highlight. I'd definitely stay again.

There was bugs in my room.. but, they were very kind and got a good heart.

A high C/P value hotel. Clean room, central location, cosy bed. I will re-book this hotel for my next trip. The only downside is water is not hot enough.

Only thing I can complaine on are lack of good breakfest. If they make that better it all will be top notch.

ホテルスタッフは非常に不誠実で、不愉快な対応。このホテルは信頼できない。二度と宿泊しない。エアコンが何度も止まる（30～60分くらいで止まる）。そのたびにレセプションに電話しなければならない。南国のベトナムでエアコンの故障は致命的！！。その夜は、結局寝れなかった。スタッフが一度チェックに来て「もう治った。大丈夫」と言ったが、すぐにまた止まった。夜に部屋の変更をお願いしたら、「予約で一杯」と言われた。朝まで我慢して、再度スタッフに「チェックしてほしい」と言ったら、「すぐに行く」と返事があった。しかし、何時間待ってもスタッフは来なかった。よって、ほかのホテルを予約しチェックアウトを申し出た。すると！急に「他の部屋が用意できる」と言いだした。ということは、昨夜「予約で一杯」と言ったのは、嘘だという事になる！しかも、他のホテルの悪口まで言い出す始末！「別の部屋を準備するからそのホテルをキャンセルして」などと平気で言います。予約をキャンセルするにはそれなりの理由が必要です。こういうことを平気で言えることからも、このホテルの質が見えてきます。本当に最悪なホテルです。

It’s quiet for sleeping, and convenience near the hotel, others is normal

お風呂の扉を閉めると、クローゼットの扉が開かないというトラブルはありましたが、出来たばかりの新しい設備で、とても快適でした。

Generally room layout is ok.
Cant expect much in this hotel.
Dont expect selections of breakfast buffet spread.
Staying for 2 nites but unfortunately the 2nd nite ants crawling in our bed out of nowhere.

Not clean and no hot water.

噪音非常大，5点开始电钻声，且不接受客户的意见停止。6次沟通都不为客户考虑。

No hot water. Turned on all the taps for 15 mins and finally got something that was nearly warm. It was like this for 2 days. The cleaner shut the door in my face when I was talking to the manager about no hot water. Rude. They did nothing to sort it out. Room was with balcony...? Not like the picture, no seats or table could fit on it. Lies. Breakfast was ‘ok’ staff helping themselves before serving the guests! Staff also had access to better breakfast food from their own fridge. One day very heavy rain, no umbrellas available st the hotel so had to go and buy one. Will never stay there again.

Safety box broken
And they asked me to pay 1 small bottle of water that supposed to be free

Nice and clean room and valuable price. Nice staff service. But still under decoration.
