it was so dirty, ants and bugs everywhere, bedding hadn’t been changed, floor was horrible, never any staff around and not half of the stuff that was advertised. said a view and there wasn’t even a window in the room, it was so noisy with people shouting all the time outside and one night people banged on our door and were shouting for no reason

We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags behind the unmanned reception desk. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

It just needed a good clean, floors walls and fridge. One of the beds in the room had a Bed bug issue. Bathroom had really bad smell. One of the towels was very old and worn out. We borrowed a kettle but it was far to dirty to use, I tried to clean it with a complimentary toothbrush but it needed more. Very limited English spoken by staff.

Cons:

There was no one at the reception when i arrived
I told them I would be late. I rang the number left on the desk several times and got no answer. After over an hour. It was 12 30 am. I left and lucky to find another hotel thanks to a guy living there. Who told me that had happened to a few guests before. I message booking .com and told them and didn't get a reply, and I still haven't heard from anyone.
