propreté, lieux, chambre sombre, et matériel cassé ou rouillé. Toilettes bouchées. humidité et matelas et literie très sales. Les chambres sont au sous sol, avec des demandes de prix supplémentaires à payer sur place en espèce pour avoir des lits séparés quand cette option est gratuite dans tout hôtel qui se respecte. Une très mauvaise expérience, hôtel à fuir!

Hice la reservacion hace mas de 3 meses solicitando 2 camas ya que viajo con mi hermana, cuando llegamos era en un lugar feo, sucio y oscuro y luego de pagar 3 noches en efectivo por que no aceptaban tarjeta, tomo la maleta y nos llevó a otro hotel peor a la vuelta y el recepcionista estaba dormido, ya molestas a las 2 de la mañana pregunte si tenia 2 camas y me dijo que no, asi qeu cancele pedi la plata de vuelta y junto a mi hermana salimos de alli, no vi las habitaciones, pero no era el mismo hotel que habia reservado, y por dicha encontramos Larissa Suites mas arriba que nos aceptaron a las 2 am a 50$ por noche y nos acomodaron un sofa cama

La strada dell' hotel è brutta, sporca e fatiscente. L'albergatore ci ha accolto dicendo che la camera che abbiamo prenotato su Booking era molto piccola e senza finestre (notizia non riportata sul sito!) e che per avere una camera normale avremmo dovuto pagare un extra prezzo a notte. Abbiamo necessariamente accettato. La camera che ci ha dato era comunque molto stretta tanto da non lasciare spazio per scendere da un lato del letto matrimoniale alla francese. Le pulizie mooolto approssimative. Peraltro abbiamo trovato nel bagno le ciabatte di uno dei precedenti ospiti, segno che chi ha pulito, se hanno pulito, lo ha fatto con nessuna attenzione.

It's a modest but quiet hotel, . However, its location isn't suitable for the elderly and those with knee problems, as it's located on a very steep street, making it difficult to get up and down.

В комнате ночью комары не давали спать.
Полотенца помятые. Завтрак очень маленький , могли бы приготовить сытный завтрак, о шведском столе не мечтайте.
Посетили много стран, у всех есть вода в бутылке, чай, кофе для каждого, здесь только электрочайник. Утюг платный, стиральный машины нет для удобства туристов.

When checking in, lady owner was busy attending to family matters
She offered us a room upgrade for €5 when we decline, she offered us anyway in return to give them a score of 10 in booking.com
We accepted but later found out the upgraded room a/c was not functioning (faulty)
During payment, lady owner charged us in € instead of Lira until we requested it to be in Lira
Room was quite clean but only has one towel until we requested another.

One will need a translator as most people speak Turkish/Persian only.
