Excellent
Pros:

Great location in the middle of everyhwere. The staff were brilliant and I appreciated how warm, welcoming and happy to help with things to ensure a good stay. The rooms were hi-spec in decor and furniture so everything was great and I loved staying there!

Perfect hotel for a quick stop in Porto
Pros:

I loved the location, it was perfect for my stay. All the attractions and restaurants I visited were within walking distance of the hotel. The was a good range of breakfast options to choose from. All of the hotel reception and catering staff were very welcoming and willing to assist with my queries. My room was also upgraded during check-in.

Cons:

The room was spacious and very clean. I noticed the kettle could have been cleaner but everything else was cleaned well.

Pros:

ロケーションが凄く良くて、観光して、北イタリアトイレ休憩に簡単に戻れました。清潔でした。well come ナタも美味しかったです。フロントの方も親切でした。

Cons:

荷物を広げるスペースとチェアーがなかったかこと。４泊したので、チェアーが欲しかったです。シャワーの水圧が普通で、下水の臭いが少ししました。

Hotel Incrível!
Pros:

A educação da equipe é muito legal, especialmente do André (recepção). O hotel como um todo é bem novo e muito confortável. Mas os pontos mais altos do hotel são: sua localização e o café da manhã. Realmente não tive problemas com a estadia.

Cons:

As vezes é possivel escutar barulho da rua, mas não foi problema para nós. O layout do banheiro faz com que molhe um pouco ao tomar banho, mas também não foi um problema.
