We loved our stay here — it felt comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located.
Pros:

We stayed from March 19 to March 27.

Wonderful location — all the main historical attractions are within walking distance.
The room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated.
The reception staff were extremely polite and welcoming — after speaking with them, you truly feel cared for.
The breakfasts were excellent!
The design of the hotel and the rooms was a real highlight — a modern interpretation of a historic building. The hotel beautifully reflects the story of a former jewelry workshop that must have been located here many years ago.

We will definitely come back again 💛

Cons:

It was a bit noisy at times due to nearby construction (building restoration).
However, it didn’t bother us much since we were traveling without small children.
The hotel also informed us about this in advance, which we really appreciated.

Excelente estadía en One Shot
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy linda, accesible a muchísimas cosas como por ejemplo restaurantes, atracciones, transporte público, estación de trenes, etc.
Las instalaciones son muy confortables, el desayuno fue espectacular en un lugar muy bonito en el último piso y Paulo quien fue quien los atendió, ha sido una persona muy interesante con la que poder charlar un rato. Todo el personal siempre con sonrisas y con muy buenos gestos. La habitación en nuestro caso estaba ubicada hacia la calle de ingreso al hotel por donde el sol entraba por las ventanas y daba una calidez única. Las camas y el baño 10 puntos no tenemos absolutamente nada malo que decir porque todo fue espectacular y claramente si volviese a Porto, este sería nuestro hotel para esa estadía. Algo que sí debo decir es que las fotos que ustedes ven en Booking son tal como verán sus habitaciones, así que confíen en reservar aquí.

Excellent
Pros:

Great location in the middle of everyhwere. The staff were brilliant and I appreciated how warm, welcoming and happy to help with things to ensure a good stay. The rooms were hi-spec in decor and furniture so everything was great and I loved staying there!
