Room was airy and comfortable size. The pillows were thick enough. There was no construction despite the numerous warnings.
Location was good. It was easy to walk around and down to the river. Walking up is another matter but bolt was very convenient and currently for new users, you get 40% off for 3 rides which are already quite inexpensive
Our room was next to housekeeping and the staff would leave the trolley in front of our room. It was difficult to move our luggage and also unsightly.
Unfortunately, we felt itchy during the night in bed. We were not sure if it was dryness but 2nd night, I put some insect repellent and slept through the night while my hubby suffered the itch so it's probably the bed.
We loved everything about this place! The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom. Everything was very tastefully designed and was extremely comfortable. The location is amazing.
The staff was also very pleasant and they even left us a little note and red heart-shaped balloons, as it was our anniversary.
Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Great location, exceptional staff, comfortable and clean
The room was nice.
The noise at night even with the windows and shutters closed. There was coffee in the room but no milk. I was told to go up to the cafe and get it telhere. For 180 euros a night this is not good enough.

Shower room a little small
Looks exactly like the photos- recommend rm 305. Amazing view. Air conditioning. Arranged airport ride on checkout- sleek car at 530 AM waiting in front. Wonderful location.
Smallish room if coming for more than 2-4 days. Noise from the street activities well through the night. Very small entrance street difficult for some cabs. All relatively minor and we’d love to spend 2 nights here again when next in Porto.
