Amazing!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, very kind staff, and lovely breakfast. Very good location to all the shops and beach.
This will be my go to place in Negombo.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Pros:

We stayed in the penthouse suite, it's absolutely amazing, private pool, bath, very spacious and clean. Location is fantastic, very near shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Понравился их пентхаус - большая открытая часть с бассейном и маленькая закрытая спальня, куда поместили доп.кровать для третьего гостя. Но не понятно, для кого все это, если номер изначально двухместный. Площадь действительно большая, хотя много мелочей, которые уже пора ремонтировать, например пол, покрытие которого слегка повреждено или дверь в душевую кабину. Однако за предложенную цену это был очень хороший вариант. Кровати удобные, постельное чистое, полотенца белые, кондиционер работает прекрасно, а расположение на тихой улице позволяет хорошо отдохнуть перед длительным перелетом или после него. Много комаров, особенно на ресепшн, но фумигатор в номере был и насекомые отсутствовали. Завтраки вкусные, персонал гостеприимный и тактичный. Дизайн общих зон современный и стильный. Пляж в Негомбо отвратительный, грязный, но в отеле имеется бассейн во дворе, а рядом много интересных ресторанов. Также мы заглянули в другие номера - все они были аккуратные и удобные, на 1-2 дня это хорошая локация.

Cons:

Может возникнуть путаница с номерами, заранее перед заселением покажите категорию номера, которую вы забронировали на Букинге. Если есть возможность, лучше общаться напрямую.

Pros:

Het eigen zwembad in het penthouse en het (algemene) zwembad beneden.

Cons:

Algemene hygiëne (van met name het woongedeelte in het penthouse) zou hoger kunnen zijn. Helaas was het bad niet altijd warm tijdens ons verblijf. De douche daarentegen wel weer warm. Ontbijt was goed.

Pros:

Le personnel , et la piscine privative dans la suite

Cons:

Chambre non décoré, équipement strict minimum, le logement a besoin d’une rénovation complète :
Les robinets branle , la nuit dans la baignoire pas d’eau chaude , la porte de douche est très difficile a manœuvré . Le parquet flottant est écarté , fissure au plafond .
Serviette de toilette seulement 2, un mini savon pour nous trois …

On part d’une suite à 90€/nuit tout de même !

Four days of rest and relaxation after two weeks in India

Peaceful and quiet and clean, lovely breakfast and all helpful staff especially Nava. 10 minutes walk to beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Clean small pool for relaxing

Hotel category not more than 2 stars and feel sorry to be there
Pros:

Only staffs , were so nice and trying their best to be helpful

Cons:

Room equipment tv out of order , week or no hot water , no minibar , no phone device , bathroom no shower gel or lotion and 3x4 cm pice of soap you to big for it daily . In booking.com are announced spa facilities which is not any there

Management and staff unmotivated and not particularly friendly.

Had to be relocated the first night of a 3 day booking because they had over booked. Terse email correspondence and an inferior hotel result, although they did transit the following day.
Boring breakfast the same every day.
Rooms weren’t serviced.
Bath leaked.
