Great location, with an awesome rooftop area for pre-drinks and views. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the GHD products.
Didn't like the toilet and bathroom area - add ons to the room and the toilet was just a glass sliding door (not see-through) but was so close to the bed in a small room so not a room you would share with someone you didn't know well!
Great location & lots of complimentary amenities in the room / the hotel which we did not expect (also, we hadn't checked, so it was a nice surprise!).
Nice views of the Remarkables, and wonderful rooftop terrace with unobstructed views.
Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Our room was right next to the lift, and on the other side were the coffee & ice machines.
The lift kept making the room vibrate along with a buzzing noise every time it was going up or down, and we could hear the ice machine & coffee machine as if it was in the room. This tainted our stay quite a bit.
Absolutely loved our stay at Mi Pad , staff are friendly , room was clean .
Only issues to mention were I was surprised to see no kitchen area anywhere at all or to make toast or even a cup of tea so had to eat out at all times .
Not sure what was above us but the noise was very loud and hard to sleep most nights .
Was surprised there is no ventilation in the room at all which can make it quite stuffy with the heating or air con in use .
Just a few things noted was a great stay and would definitely stay again .

The coffee maker was outside our room so it was very loud starting at 6am.

Very close to the public bus stop which runs right to the airport.
Absolutely perfect for what I needed.
Not a complaint, but it is a very small space that is perfect for a solo traveller. The vanity/sink was right inside the door, with the shower cubicle opening right off the room (i.e. there isn't a separate room to change or towel dry in).
A free hot drink vending machine was located just outside our room, which was very convenient! We stayed on the top floor and the balcony was also just outside our room, which was very nice to have a takeaway dinner with some drinks.
Very good location, very close to the heart of Queenstown, walking distance to everywhere. We booked day trips and the pick up points are nearby.
The room is slightly smaller than expected.

The location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.
No kettle or mini fridge. I appreciate the focus on environment and minimizing carbon footprint however not having a small fridge to keep perishables was not appreciated. I didn't even think to check for that before booking. Having to go to the vending machine to get hot water (and barely 2/3 cup), was unfortunate. I don't drink coffee or caffeinated teas and I have some special dietary needs that were not possible to meet without a hotel room fridge and kettle.
Very comfortable handy to the town and transport and airport.
Very small no facilities far to expensive but that’s Queenstown being a Kiwi you no before you go
The location of mid-pad is perfect, 5 min walk to almost every facilities around Queenstown; The room was clean and comfort, the stuff were all warm and hospitable. Good choice for a short stay in Queenstown, why not a long term stay? The price...but that's fair for a hotel at a world famous spot. P.S Don't miss the view from the rooftop
3泊しました。場所が便利！とても清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。英語が得意でなくても、フロントの人は丁寧に対応にしてくれ、ツアーの申し込みなどもして下さり助かりました。ホットドリンクがフリーなのも嬉しい！この辺のホテルではコスパいいと思います
