Would definitely stay again, great price for amazing location and room. Great facilities too.
Pros:

Perfect location, good room size and layout. Very clean.

Cons:

You could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms, same floor and above, but not too bad.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, I really enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Very comfortable, wonderful staff, clean well throughout rooms, decorated well, you can control all of your rooms lighting, heating, door opening by your phone.Right on top of everything you need in Queenstown, very easy to walk everywhere to all the shops & restaurants

Comfortable warm and clean.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Wish we had been told about the social room downstairs earlier. As we would have utilised that space more.

Pros:

Great location. A short walk to the centre of town but quiet at night. The room was very tidy and in good condition. Good heating and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

Room servicing was a bit unreliable. A couple sharing this room may have issues with bathroom privacy. Tea and coffee facilities inside the room would be better than the vending machine in the hallway.
