Very basic and overpriced
Pros:

Lovely, helpful staff. Very clean. Good location near the centre.

Cons:

Extremely tiny, basic room - it’s really just 4 walls and a bed. Not even a single drawer. Therefore - hugely overpriced.

Very very noisy - traffic noise, noise from corridors and other rooms next door and above. I didn’t sleep much.

Toilet has a glass sliding door - zero privacy.

I don’t recommend this place.

Great location for visiting Queenstown
Pros:

Clean tidy regular cleans. Modern. Wonderful roof top terrace with views of Queenstown.

Cons:

Bathrooms were just glass panels so no privacy in room. Are separate restrooms on another floor .

Alex, the trainee, was very friendly and helpful. We were grateful for their assistance, especially with storing our luggage in the secure room.

Pros:

Great location close to the centre of town. Staff let me check in slightly early which was great. The room was comfortable and simple. Not a huge amount of space, but clean and perfect for a night or two as a solo traveller.

Excelente. Parabéns.
Pros:

Localização excelente, perto de tudo. Atendimento excepcional, as(os) atendentes são super solicitas e super educada(o)s. A vista é excelente. Facilidade de deixar as malas no "locker" antes e depois do check in/check out.

Cons:

O único desconforto é que o check out é as 10:00h

An excellent choice for somewhere to stay in Queenstown.
Pros:

Such helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities including laundry, bag storage and free tea and coffee. Room very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Slightly complicated lighting controls. Sink on the small side.
