Great! See you next year.
Pros:

The location is amazing, the rooftop is really good and such a luxury to have the view and be able to bring your own drinks and food! The rooms were clean. The free hot drinks and ice were an extra bonus! Nothing was to hard, whether we needed to leave our luggage or borrow an umbrella. We normally stay at the Novotel in Queenstown but will be choosing here from now on! We also asked for an extra pillow and was provided one with no trouble

Excellent. Would highly recommend for a work trip.
Pros:

I was not sure what to expect. It was a last minute booking and the key criteria was proximity to a conference location. From entering the door and being greeted by a really friendly staff member to a clean, well appointed rooom with an excellent bed and a great shower, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Perfect for my needs

Great warm hotel, well positioned and cosy.
Pros:

Positioning was great. The hotel is nice and warm. Laundry services are good and easy to use.

Cons:

You need to be sharing a room with someone you really know well enough to go to the toilet in front of as the toilet is right there next to your bed… Glass doors so all noises are heard… We found it very awkward.
No parking for when you hire a car. Paid parking all around so you have to park up the hill streets away so you don’t get booked.

Cons:

Thin walls, noise from doors opening and closing in other rooms, I could hear every time the people in the room next door used the wash hand basin…loud gushing noise
